The french dip that i order is smaller than my hand, i always order this all the time same location too but this is getting worst. And this is the tiniest french dip i have .. it looks like they cut the sandwich in 8 pieces and sell them on the duo .

Everyone behind the counter was really friendly and greeted us. The food was pretty good but a bit pricey. The half sandwich combo was a good. Might pick another place before I come back, but I don't regret my visit. Didn't try the baked potatoes, cool thing, but not for me.

Worst food I ate for paying 65$ on club sandwiches. They just dumped vegetables between 2slices of bread. No sauces or spreads even after we customized our order. They did not even give chips for the side even after mentioning.Worst customer experience. When you charge give the service according to it.

Disappointing! Ran out of menu items 4 hours prior to closing.UPDATE: After working out the kinks of opening a new location they do a great job, and on the occasions when there is a mistake they make it right!

Usually order here for pick up and never had an issue until today. Ordered a spicy turkey melt that was barely the size of my palm. It had barely any lettuce on it and the sandwich was toasted too much because the cheese on it hardened. It was also missing the avocado that goes with it. Incredibly frustrating when you get home to find you didnt get what you paid for

The sandwhiches are always good but I’m wondering why everyone thoughy it was okay to give me a bowl of rotten, mushy fruit? ? Especially when you have to pay an extra $1.50 for it if you want fruit over some chips ?

Inside always smells and just laid $50 for door dash for two sandwiches and drinks. The pickles were wrapped in the same wrapper as the sandwich and hanging out. Not a fan of this location.

Called for a to go order an hour before the closed and sadly did not get all of my food, I was missing a kids Mac and cheese with a side of Mac and cheese. I tried to call back to get it fixed but my calls weren’t getting picked up and for a few calls the phone was answered then immediately hung up. The phone was FINALLY picked up at 9 exactly when they closed and when I asked for the manager they said well we’re closed… ok. Then the Manager Dustin got on the phone with an attitude not even trying to make the situation correct just said well we’re closed and the system is down. When my mom got on the phone he had a change of tone for all of 2 seconds we told him what happened and instead of apologizing he just said well I’m in the back so I don’t know what’s going on up front. My mom clearly frustrated saying that we’re only around the corner but no one is trying to fix a simple mistake. He then got even louder with my mom telling her to calm down and she doesn’t need to catch an attitude only offering to give some money back on the order by this point Dustin is yelling at us to the point where we have to talk louder for him to hear us. Before us even getting to speak he says I’m done with the conversation and hangs up the phone. The manager Dustin is the most unprofessional person ever! Please do not come to this location!!!

This restaurant was so clean and inviting. The staff was attentive and friendly. The general manager even came over to make sure everything was to our liking. Our wait time was minimal, and the food was absolutely delicious! The portions were larger than what we had expected. They had even decorated for Halloween, which my kids loved. We will definitely be back!

If I could give this location less than a 1 star I ABSOLUTELY would. Started off by walking in the restaurant to not be greeted and a cashier that would rather play around with her peers than take orders. We repeated our order several times for it to come out wrong. I then asked for a manager and that seemed like an inconvenience to our server. The manager then comes out and I show him the silverware that clearly has food and paper and things all over it and my incorrect order. The manager takes it back I wait 15 mins before going to the counter and the manager says he thought I left. He remakes my potato and it’s WRONG AGAIN!! I told him not to worry about it I would just pick off what I could. So disappointed in this location and the staff present today and their inability to deal with a messed up order in a professional manner. Upon going to the counter to ask to speak to someone else a young man asks what I need and I explain it to him, he then laughs and says the manager I don’t want to speak to is the general manager and thought it was hilarious. They then go to the counter directly behind the register and have a conversation while pointing at me like I’m not standing there. Completely unprofessional!! I know everyone is short handed and I can appreciate that but they definitely need some customer service help from the management down. Highly disappointed and I will drive out of my way to not come to this location again.

A little disappointed in this franchise. It appears corporate greed got ahold of it and is squeezing every dollar out of this once great deli. This is what's wrong today. Missing the staff coming around and offering free refills. Paper bowls instead of china, Tables tend be dirty and lacking urgency in cleaning. Staff could be a little more friendly they appear to be overworked, Of course I'll hear is tough to hire people, then I can only say why does the completion have enough people? And their competition is so very well here. The biggest negative is, it use to be a no tip policy; now they prompt for a tip with no easy option to say no. Did they reduce wages? Pros Food is still a great value and I would live with the paper bowls. Just more attention to the housekeeping of the dining area and training and hire naturally friendly people, Hope they can improve and make it great again

I love McAlister's, but the service at this location isn't what it used to be. I usually order pickup, and I have gotten in the habit of checking my order thoroughly before I leave because there is typically something missing. This evening I ordered online, but was informed at the pickup window that they were out of butter pecan cheesecake. They said they would substitute carrot cake. When I let my wife know, she said she'd rather have a brookie than the carrot cake. I had already received my order by this point, so I parked and went inside to order a brookie and ask about the mini cookies that were missing for my kids' meals. Unfortunately, I was told they were out of brookies as well as cookies. I also watched two other people ahead of me leave when they were told there were no spuds. This was about two hours before closing time. I'm sure this was probably due to it being later in the day but it is disappointing nonetheless. It would be nice if the app let you know when items are unavailable.
