Used to love the place but I know people that work there. And this last year it has been disgusting how the place is managed. . I guess there has been a real problem with managers handling food without gloves. That alone is bad but you can tell the quality has really dropped ever since the new building

This is a new building, the Valentine's event was very nice, I of course do recommend this location. Our server for the night was very nice and the overall experience did not disappoint. We will continue our yearly tradition at the Whiting restaurant.

We arrived and a hostess seated us. Our friendly server Kenna recommended a few items on the menu. She brought our food to the table very quickly and everything tasted fresh. The dining area was decorated super cute. We enjoyed our Valentine dinner and may make this a new tradition.

It was one of the best White Castles I have ever visited. The manager is phenomenal, helpful, and is hands on with her employees. She is a gem, and White Castle should be thankful they have a manager of her magnitude. Food was soooo fresh!! If you haven't visited this location...stop by, it will not disappoint. While there look for the robotic arm, it is really cool to watch.

This might be the dirtiest fast food place I’ve ever been in, and it’s practically brand new. Every single table was dirty, even most of the high tops. The drink machine was disgusting, there was splattered soda everywhere. The people working didn’t have much of a personality, but thankfully the food was hot, fresh, and good. I guess they need the robots to do the cleaning too.
