My favorite! Lots of energy bomb drink options that are a healthier alternative to coffee & soda. Super friendly staff, tasty snacks, clean facility, massage therapist on site with reasonable pricing.

If you’re looking for a mid day pick me up, or a yummy protein shake after a workout, Refresh has you covered!! I love the endless menu selection but my FAVORITE is the Ken energy drink! Leslie and Trent are always so helpful and make every visit worth it :-)
