I love pizza king. Best pizza joint... just not had a good experience with this pizza king since moving near this location in 2019.Our journey with Pizza King has been a rollercoaster of frustration and disappointment. It seems like every time we place an order, we're met with a new set of problems that overshadow any potential enjoyment of their food.Late deliveries? Check. Cold pizzas? Check. Burnt crusts? Check. It's like playing a game of roulette with our dinner, never knowing what sorry state our meal will arrive in.And let's not forget about the numerous times we've requested simple modifications to our orders, only to have them completely botched. Asking for extra sauce on a sub? Prepare for disappointment because it's likely to come with less sauce than usual. Requesting no onions? Be prepared to pick through a pile of extra onions instead.Even when we've attempted to customize our pizzas with different toppings, Pizza King manages to mess it up. It's frustrating to pay for a meal only to receive something entirely different than what was ordered.Sure, we've received a plethora of free food as compensation for their mistakes. But at what cost? The endless cycle of calling to complain, waiting for replacements, and enduring even longer delays has left us exhausted and disillusioned.In the end, the occasional freebie simply isn't worth the hassle and disappointment that comes with ordering from Pizza King. We've reached our limit and will be taking our business elsewhere in search of reliable service and quality food.

This Pizza King used to be the Best Pizza king in the company up to about 3 or 4 months ago! The last 3 times ive eaten there, they served me a salad with no silverware and bread sticks without plates. This last time is the straw that broke the camels back. My server told me she would go wash me a fork , because she said they were all dirty! When i heard the manager scream! "TURN THAT DISH MACHINE OFF! Then i heard her tell our server to go home! We nevver saw her again. The manager has No people skills! I wouldnt talk to my dog the way she talks to her staff! Speaking of staff, they are always short staffed! It takes over an hour to get our pizza! Its no wander this place is short staffed! The manager doesnt know how to treat people & she obviosly dorsnt care about her dine in customers! I wont go back to this zoo!Parking: Every time i pull in the manager along with 2 or 3 others are congregated in the parking lot by the back door smoking. And it doesnt smell like cigarettea.

Placed an online order for 2 feast pizzas with no modifications and 2 orders of half-baked breadsticks. I arrived after it was supposed to be ready and still had to wait 30 minutes to be given the wrong food. They assured me they’d remake my order correctly.Another 30 minutes go by without me being acknowledged once. I requested to cancel my order. They wanted me to still take the pizzas to make it right. I got home and found that they gave me the same wrong food.All told, I waited an hour and ended up leaving with only one of the pizzas I ordered and no breadsticks. The service was downright atrocious.

Waited an hour for my food for one pizza to show up and then we'll have to wait 15 more minutes for the other Pizza was not happy the first pizza was told second pizza arrived hot the waiter acted like it was no big deal
It was my very first experience with Pizza King. I ordered a hot ham and cheese. It wasn’t hot and the cheese was missing. I also asked for them to put extra butter on my bread which was left off. My child’s spaghetti was lukewarm. I understand about being busy etc. I rather wait the extra time to have hot food.
