Ordered extra bacon - did not get extra bacon. Can see through the bacon we got. No flavor. Can't even cut the sandwich in half equally which is great when you are sharing a footlong. People behind the counter coughing. Lost us as a customer.

3 sandwiches was 42$ I think that's to high. Then they want a 15% tip at the least. They already get paid to make it it's not like they have table service when it is carry out. So close to 50$ 3 sandwiches.

This location is really taking a divebomb to the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employees. It never fails there’s usually 2 or 3 younger males working and not a single one of them act like they even want to be there let alone help customers and handle food. On more then one occasion I’ve had to actually request that the employee remove the gloves they have had on while touching everything besides the food and wash their hands then put clean gloves on to prepare my sub. I watched one of the employees start coughing right over the sun he was making for the customer behind me and then got extremely rude when he was asked to remake it for that customer. He even made a comment that he don’t get enough money in tips to be remaking peoples food for nothing. I highly recommend you just go into Muncie if you want a subway sub that bad.

My husband ordered "the boss", after it was almost done the guy told him they were out of the cheese for it....The store was dirty and trash all over the floor, the two guys working were the furthest thing from friendly and when we were leaving they were standing up front reading all the bad store reviews and laughing about them so loudly that we could hear every word being read. On the way out the door, I said have a great day guys , and got no response whatsoever but blank stares. This store needs some serious help or maybe employees who half way care.

UPDATE!Changed my review to a 1 Star as I had to wait 5-10min at the counter as a worker was standing with their back to me playing on their phone and the other two workers chatted in the back. And that was after waiting for 30min for a mobile order (that I placed while in the store) to even be started being made for the same reason as to why I had to wait at the counter.
