The French food was very tasty. Service was excellent, with food served in a timely way. The atmosphere was nice for a quiet Sunday brunch. We look forward to returning many times!

The food and our server was good however there was another server that needed his uniform washed and his hair put up. And he had an oder about him every time he walked past our table. He just looked dirty to be waiting on tables.

This was the worst French cuisine I have ever eaten. Eaten French food in France, New York and other locations with this being the worst. Wait staff were dressed like bulbs, one had in Nike running shoes, didn't even tie their ties. Our waiter couldn't even describe the 1st course to us correctly or recomme d a type of wine to go with the meal we were looking at. Eventually left and went to eat next door.

I love this place. The wife and I opted for the four-course menu. The Oeuf Mimosa, a French twist on deviled eggs, is simply divine - each bite bursting with flavor, leaving you craving more. Like – I’m dreaming of those little guys right now. The lentil salad (I love lentils) is a delightful balance of textures and tastes, perfectly portioned. Yum! Let me say - the Duck Brigade, was excellent. Cheers to the new chef. We will be back.

We had a belated anniversary dinner here last night and it was DELICIOUS!! I mean every course! The wait staff was excellent and very attentive! I even tried my husband’s clam chowder (which I normally don’t like) and it was so good I almost didn’t give the bowl back! Definitely recommend!

I had the Onion soup and the Duck and both were great as were staff - however the Escargot should really be 6 snails and not 3 - and they should be presented in an escargot dish right - a la France ? Everything else was wonderful........Will return

This was our 4th and final Valentine’s Day dinner at Auberge. This was a dinner we looked forward to each year. This year the restaurant is under new management and it was more than disappointing. It took 15 minutes to get us acknowledged and water, after finally putting in a drink order, it took an hour to get our appetizer. It took another hour to be served soup and salad. Going into our third hour we finally we served entrees and dessert. During our meal we watched other tables get courses skipped. The manager came out to apologize and each time state she didn’t expect to be so busy. They are a French restaurant and it’s Valentine’s Day. Clearly Auberge is no longer under quality leadership. I miss the wait staff from before. They were friendly, and always provided excellent service. We will not be returning after so many wonderful experiences with family and friends during the past 4 years. It makes me sad.

There is a new approach at Auberge with a few choices for first, second and third plates and ability to pay for 2 or 3 or 4 courses. We found the food still really good, but I would recommend to dim the lights for a more cozy atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive to our needs.

What a debacle. Booked weeks in advance for Valentines day. Was not informed that there was a limited prix fixe menu before y wife and I arrived, but ok not a deal breaker. Arrived 15 min early to grab a cocktail atvthe bar. We asked hostess if it was OK to sit at the bar while we waited. She blankly stared at me and turned to her iPad. Then walked away. Okaaay. Sat ourselves at the bar. Ordered champagne, menu had options from 65-86/ bottle. Bartender recommended one and we said that's perfect. He slid in a $120 bottle on us. Whatever, it's V day. We enjoyed the bottle and waited for our table. (Our reservation was in just 10 more minutes at 7:30) And waited. And waited. At 8:15, I asked to make sure we were checked in. Assured we were and they were clearing our table now. At 830 we checked in again. Told there was just 1 table open. We assured them we'd like to sit together and the 1 table would be ideal. We were sat at 8:45. In an empty dead quiet room the felt like a church office or a living room in a funeral home. We sat in awkward silence for approximately 2 weeks before a waitress met us. She was charming and sweet. At approximately 915 we were presented wine and asked if we knew what we wanted to order. I said I think I'll start with a menu as there were none presented yet. 9:20, we ordered. 9:50 we cancelled the order 2 hours after our reservation and had not received so much as bread. We walked to the friendly tavern and enjoyed a greasy burger and wings while being conspicuously overdressed. This was my 2nd try to eat at Auberge. I was excited to compare to our recent trip to Paris. Unfortunately it was more like one of the tourist traps than one of the streets idea cafes. Skip this place and go literally anywhere else. They are woefully undertrained and it feels like kids pretending to be "fancy" not elegant professionals providing a dining experience.

Just an overall quality restraunt with great prices. I will be returning to auberge for their excellent French cuisine. In addition, the server we had was wonderful and the atmosphere was phenomenal.Vegetarian options: Many of their soups and other dishes were vegetarian.Parking: We found a spot to park within minutes.Kid-friendliness: There was a bar with a big selection. However, you can bring your kids here without worrying.

Disappointment

The new menu is too limited and extremely overpriced. I had the duck entree. The duck itself was cooked to perfection, but the mash potatoes were watery and a disappointment. The portions were small based on the price. On the other hand, the staff was engaging and very friendly. The menu and pric3s need to improve before we return.

Auberge is a very charming restaurant with excellent food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. The Brick Street Breakfast and Pomme de Terre was everything we excepted. The fireplace added a warm and comfortable touch on a cold raining day. My husband I look forward to more dining here.

They need change menu on here. It isn't the same at all as before they closed for months and reopened. All new menu and new management and service. Made reservations thinking same menu. Only to have to leave when realized it wasn't the same. Food was very good before.
