We used to enjoy Bubs immensely but the food has become so salty it's hard to eat. The fries are coated in a seasoning that has to be mostly MSG and salt. We went back another time and asked for less and they still were inedible. For the price you pay for burger and fries they should be edible! BUT last weekend we went and my grandson who is 4 wanted a milkshake. We asked for a child's size and was told they had only one. We were SHOCKED when the price was $10!!!! And it wasn't that good!! as a former restaurant owner we KNOW what goes into milkshakes though the manager tried to say they had "special ingredients" and the price was warranted. We completely disagreed and based on the food experiences we've had the prices they have raised to is no longer worth the hit or miss!!

Came in on a busy Saturday night and my family was quickly seated. I have food allergies and I asked our server Ben questions about some ingredients. He explained he was a new server there, later I found out this was his first job! and he said he would double check everything to make sure it would be ok. Even though he was busy with other tables I appreciated him taking that time and care. Lots of other servers don't seem to listen or act annoyed to be asked - sometimes just say it's ok when it hasn't always been ok. He helped me pick out the right items and my family and I enjoyed our dinner. Food was good - loved the sweet potato fries! We will be back for sure - hope we get Ben too if he is working - he is doing a good job.

DON'T LET THEM PUT YOU IN THE BACK CORNER!! The food was good but our original server walked off while we were ordering, only got half the order, and didn't come back for 40 minutes. The manager got us different servers who were better, but still did not attend to us very much. I believe that this is because they sat us in the very back corner of the building. Do not let them put you in the back right corner from the front entrance. Previous experiences were mediocre, this time has ruined it for us.

Ordered online for pickup two hours in advance .Showed up even a few minutes late. No one greeted me for a long time, finally April came and couldn’t find my order. She looked on the computer and it had not even been started. She rudely said “it hasn’t been started yet” and did not even apologize. I asked how long it would take and she rudely said “I don’t know- there are five orders ahead of you!” I again told her I had ordered two hours ago, and was it going to be 10 minutes or an hour? She snapped “I told you there are five orders in front” I asked to talk to manager and she snapped that she was the mgr. then she said she was going to call her supervisor and stood there talking on phone to supervisor- Instead of handling the situation, giving a time and apologizing for their mistake. She even walked away when I told her to cancel the order. We are still watching our bank acct to ensure it does not go through.Don’t use the online option if it doesn’t work and get better staff that aren’t rude immediately. Definitely lost a customer today!
