Ordered large pizza, salad, and cinnamon rolls. I got a call back 1hr later saying they had run out of stuff to make a salad. I didn’t receive a refund for the salad, called and spoke to Evan.. I explained what happened give him my order number, I was told he would let his GM know, it’s been 24 hrs later and I have still not received a call back or my refund??? This happened to me before. I keep giving them another try, the staff is not helpful or friendly, never getting any kind of an apology or a thanks for your order?? They don’t know how to handle customers! Very frustrating.

If your trying to order for a Business don't do it here. They will loose your Order.Now don't get me wrong they have made it right each time. But when you quote a time & get there to pick it up. & they can't find it is frustrating & leads to even more down time.

We have been a long time customer. Not sure if management has changed, but last night’s order was awful. The cheese sauce for our breadsticks was a different brand than usual and tasted rotten. We threw it away immediately. Plus, my husband saw the worker using her bare hands to touch and prepare the food. My husband was very sick this morning after eating the pizza. We won’t be going back for quite some time, if at all, which is sad because we typically order from here almost weekly.

Got a pizza bowl for $7.99 and it barely covered the bottom and tasted burnt. Also had a large pizza and it barely had any sauce and was dry, the guy argued with me saying well it didn't leave here like that, he was very rude and argumentative with me and after about 8 minutes finally gave me my money back. Whitestown, Indiana Marco's I will never be coming back to eat there. Absolutely unacceptable!

Order a pizza and walked over to pick up. The lobby was closed and they told me through the door to pick up at the drive up window. Continuous cars prevented me from walking up and was very dangerous. We did not get a pizza and walked back home.
