I usually never leave a review but today was a MUST. I’m super frustrated with this establishment and their service. I called the store multiple times wanting to place an order for pick up. Due to the gentleman not understanding English too well (he told me once I arrived) he disconnected the call. I had to drive up to the location on my lunch just to place my order in person. After spending five minutes to place my order, he attempts to start making my pizza with no gloves on despite touching his phone, cash register, and other objects. I quickly called him over and requested for him to wash his hands and place gloves on before preparing my pizzas. He did share with me that it was only his second day so I tried to be understanding. He was not rude and did appear to try his best. Unfortunately, I will not be back and hope that no one else has this experience while visiting this location.

Ordered a large pizza and they said 30 min for delivery. It was an hour and 10 minutes and then there were 15 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza. 6 pieces had none on them. Not worth the money at all.

Only thing to be found here is slow service. No one’s smiling either you would think this was a prison. Employee of the month got mad and a started mumbling under his breath Lound enough the whole lobby could hear him. And I’m posting it on YouTubeEdit: it smells like smoked weed in the store

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this is the 3rd time that our pizza delivery order didn’t show up. I called after about an hour and I heard the same story about a delivery driver’s car. Same story - another week. Why don’t they call when an order comes in today they can’t deliver? We were frequent customers but they are not reliable so we are done.

I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff and food were top notch. The store manager goes above and beyond and made my day. If you're not getting pizza from this Marcos, you're lacking.
