I went in today to get my spicy birra taco which came with any purchase at Moe's the staff had a hard time understanding what we wanted to order and manager would not honor our aap offer and it was horrible service the taco shell was crunchy but birra was salty and not spicy at all ! I do like that they offer a salsa bar and you can add things on your taco but they put so much extra hidden costs and do not want to honor promotion I would not suggest to get this taco

This is a good Tex Mex takeout. The food is fresh and the service is good. They offer a lot of variety and you are able to customize your meal.

Came in for a burrito, was attentive. When asked for a lot of black olives he delivered with a giant handful. 10/10 customer service. Thanks for the awesome burrito!

The workers are SO nice!! The food was great and I really enjoyed it. I just moved to this area and I'm so happy we found this gem!
Not sure what happened to this chain. I heard they closed the Greenwood and Lebanon locations with just Zionsville remaining. Our meal today was not great, at all. Nothing, literally nothing, had any flavor. The "seasoned" chicken was obviously not seasoned with anything. The guacamole was pretty much smashed avocados and onion with zero seasoning. Even the queso and the self serve salsa bar was just not the same. Lastly, I don't have a problem with immigrants coming here, legally to work, but if you care about your customers experience and want them to enjoy your restaurant and come back, positions that interface with customers, please pick someone who speaks English. There is nothing more frustrating than asking for something 3-4 times only to be handed off to a different person behind the counter who is bilingual. If you only care about you profits and keeping the doors open, then you're on the right track. For now... Needless to say it will be our last visit to Moe's and it will be Chipotle for burritos and chips.

I got a steak burrito and it was just awful. The rice was not cooking all the way and the sour cream was chunky. Will probably just go to chipotle next time.

Scam... ordered online tonight and paid for the order. I arrived and there's a handwritten sign on the door that says "closed". The light is on and you can see employees inside. I knocked and they didn't answer. I called and they didn't answer.A family just drove up to go in, got out and just left....loosing our business in the future. Too bad, we used to love Moe's.
