I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional customer service at Zionsville Pizzeria, and I must say, Charlotte was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
Did not put cheese sauce that was ordered in the bag. Didn’t know until we got home, went back and they charged $2 for something that was forgotten. Not the first time this has happened, horrible service every time I’ve sat in or taken out.

Used to be our favorite but after tonight we will not return. We placed our online delivery order at 5:53 pm on a Wednesday. The app reflected that our order would be delivered by 6:39 pm. At 7:09 pm, our pizza was finally delivered and $80 worth of pizza and breadsticks was cold. Very cold. This is the second time this has happened to us. They will not be getting a third opportunity to disappoint.

It was our favorite pizzeria until today, the service was terrible, they served us water in disposable cups because the other were dirty (said by the waitress). I ordered a pizza with procciuto and as you see in the photo, those red dots are the “bits” of procciuto. But the most incredible thing is that they served us glasses of water and charged for them!! Not even bottled water, sink water with ice and they charged for it. This is incredible!
Seriously the best pizza in town! There are so many pizza joints but this one is the best tasting for sure! Locally/family owned business and I enjoy supporting local. The owner always tries to get to know you a bit more each time you come in. Very friendly service.There are so many topping choices, which is awesome and I like that so much! Love the variety. Peppadew peppers are my fave, paired with pepperoni. Always plenty of cheese which I thoroughly enjoy! I feel like chain pizza places are so skimpy these days and always have to ask for extra and pay more in order to get what is deemed as “normal”.Overall, love this place! I go here probably twice a month or more.

Zionsville Pizzaria is hands down one of the best pizza locations I’ve had in the United States. Their crust is something special. Their ultimate cheese pizza is legendary. When I ask my friends and family if they want Zionsville Pizza, a light goes off in each of their eyes. It’s that good.

We heard great reviews about this pizza, and they were right! We had mozzarella sticks, chicken and sausage pizza, and BBQ chicken pizza. It was even better than expected! The service was quick and nice. We will be going again when we are in the area!
