This place is terrible. We ordered almost a $100 worth of food & it was barely cooked. The Limeaids tasted off & the blasts barely had anything in them. Just awful.

I am not a fan of Sonic food, but I come here for a drink almost daily for the past 5 years. This was until the past couple of months when they stopped $1 morning happy hour. Then they stopped taking online orders (where you can get half off drinks) the first 30 minutes they were open. I went today and they decided they didn’t want to open until later. Also lately, I have noticed that they don’t do well with requests like easy ice. Too many times I’ve received my drink with a lot of ice when I order it easy ice every time.I’m done with Winfield Sonic.

Asked for #6. Sandwich fries drink.fries wasn't delivered with Luke warm Sandwich host said when asking her you have to ask for them. Well what is a#6 ????? The best of the meal was the small coke and the freaking fries was not cold but not warm either call it what you want but meal was horrible. Will not do it

It seemed like the bun on my cheeseburgers was too large and thick and was dry not warmed or steamed. Adequate toppings but couldn't taste anything but the great big bun.

Andover Middle School recently held our annual Pledge Drive to raise funds for our school. One of the incentives for students was a Sonic drink of their choice delivered to school during lunch. When Sonic heard about our fundraiser, not only did they provide someone in a Sonic drink costume for our kick-off assembly, but the donated all of the incentive drinks for FREE to our students! They also provided us with coupons for students and countless Sonic bling for us to use in our giveaways. We are very grateful for their partnership with our school and look forward to continual support of their business in the future!

10/23/23, 130pm. I ordered thru the app while sitting in a stall. While waiting, a manager looking guy came by and asked all the cars parked if they needed anything, I had never seen that before My burger was delivered and was not as I ordered. I buzzed in, told them my burger wasn't right. The manager looking guy came right out, was very pleasant, and apologized. He said he would get it fixed and in a timely manner he brought it out himself. He gave me a drink token, and made sure my burger was correct. I will give Tyler 10 stars for his customer service.
Angel was quick to help when I received the incorrect size.

They said 2 minute wait. After5-6 minutes, I have up, and left. I took my money with me. Better control your spending there folks. Probably will never return. Improvements a divine miracle may not be enough.
