This location has gone way downhill. They barely wrap up the food and it ends up a mess in the bag. Also they always either leave out something or add something extra to your order. Not really sure how that's happening. And of course it's nice when it's the latter but it's usually the former. I don't think they're training the kids working in there properly. I've also heard allegations that they are intentionally leaving out food to stash away for themselves and that they are intentionally tampering with customers food items. Really sketchy. Definitely should avoid.

Food was good and fresh, half the workers are friendly. There is one man what doesn't move form the drink station doesn't do anything. Ive been here multiple times will do a drink for drive though wont help people at the cashier. I will note they don't have a cashier and refuse to let people talk to people to order. I've seen multiple elderly people struggle as he just watches. I don't get how they can be on a lunch rush refusing to have a worker doing nothing where everyone can see, adds to the frustration. Also should allow people to order form a worker not just self pay.

I placed an online order and arrived 15 minutes later. The cashier and drive through employee asked what I was there for and I told them an online order. I was told it would be ready shortly and they disappeared to the back of the store. 10 minutes later, the two people prepping the food asked what I was waiting for because they were done with all orders, so I showed them the order on my phone. She checked and the order had been received, but not accepted. She accepted it and prepared the order for me. 5 star service for her and the other food preparer, 1 star for those working the counter. Total time spent waiting on my order was 45 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant.

Hard to believe a business today would not want to have every customer 100% satisfied. If a customer has an issue with a meal and can't eat it, you take it back and offer another meal, but not Taco Bell.

Ate there once, not the best TB. After talking to a few people found out the cashiers are skimming change from customers, and intentionally omitting food from the order and stashing the food for themselves. I will not be eating there anymore since apparently criminals are allowed to keep their jobs at this location.

Old tortilla tasted moldy. The workers were to busy talking to each other instead of greeting customers. Had to ask 2 people for drink cups. Tables and seats had trash on and under them.

Go here a lot, they always forget something in the bag I always have to end up going back. The workers are very friendly and nice, it’s just they always forget something. last week i went and i ordered a cinnamon twist and strawberry twists and then they forgot both of them so i went in the line and they forgot the strawberry twists again so i went back in line 3 times. Today i went and asked for a doritos loco and hot sauce i got my two other things but I didn’t get either of those.

I came through this morning and normally i don't have any issues with my order but today I was honestly disappointed. The last time I had ordered the strawberry twists they were amazing but I'm unsure of what happened this time because when I had ordered them this time they tasted of just straight soap. I'm not sure if the utensils used or the fryer used wasn't cleaned all the way but it was truly disgusting. I don't want to taste soap when I eat the food I ordered from a restaurant.

Was in drive thru at 6:06 this morning and sat for a good 5 mins before I came to window to honk to see what’s going on and manager said we all showed up late so we’re not open yet. Super unprofessional. Not happy I didn’t get breakfast.

The night shift crew here really just doesn’t care at all anymore.Showed up 10 minutes before they closed and was told I couldn’t order certain items. Fine no big deal. But the items I ordered we so poorly made it was a complete joke. Tacos barely had any meat in them and the Mexican pizza was absolutely soaking…in enchilada sauce. It was soggy to the point of not being edible. Absolutely disgusting and will never go back.
