The girl taking the order was rude. I asked for four sweet and sour sauces that I paid for and when I got home there was none in the bag. I called and told them and the only thing they could say was if you want to come back we can give you your sauces. It is icy and snowy out and I live on the other end of town. I told them I was not driving all the way back.
I am unhappy with the limit of three sauces for a 20 PC nugget. Asked for extra and was refused. 20 PC is divided between several people and we don't want to share sauce. If this is a new norm, I'm not coming back.

I'll never understand telling someone to their face what I want and they can't comprehend plain English and inevitably get the order wrong. My goodness! Doesn't working at McDonald's only require a basic understanding or maybe 3rd grade level intelligence?Kid-friendliness: Inside play area.
