Well I was expecting to get the Dip Cone of choice that is in the food headlines, The Cherry Dip Cone!!! Well it didn't happen. I guess the food headlines entice you to go and try to order one and be very disappointed!! It has been discontinued since last year. So another item tried was the new Garlic Parmesan Chicken Strip Dinner, what a let down...6 strips ordered and got 5 and no dipping sauce. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, the bread had no flavor, what's the point??? The Chicken strips were very tasty and moist! Almost too good! I ordered a Butterscotch Dip cone instead. I got it first and had to juggle it around, eating and receiving drinks, food, and dinners all the while the cone was dripping all over the car!!! Couldn't DQ figure out that you serve the ice cream desserts after you pass the main food order to the customer and then the treats!?!?!?!?

The dairy queen in our city closed so once and a while I will come to Augusta and get Dairy queen. Parking lot has deep potholes and sometimes less than friendly in the drive thru at times. Food isn't bad, but could be better.

The cabinet fronts under the fountain area look like they haven't been cleaned in months.The rest of the store looked good, and the people were friendly.

Tried the new Parmesan Garlic Sauced & Tossed Chicken Strips Basket. Hot, fresh, moist, full of flavor. The best chicken strips I've had @ any Fast Food in awhile. Friendly, informative, patient Drive Thru staff. There are not DQ close by so it's a treat when I stop. Wish DQ nationally would get the MGMT, Marketing, updated & well maintained equipment, supply chain issues, financial backing they need to return to their original small towns. Community involvement is a WIN-WIN. Small towns w/all their youth sports & activities yr round are target population. Middle School & HS traveling teams could order ahead so you're not slammed, have time to adequately prepare.

Store was clean, food was adequate but took so long to arrive it was cold, counter service was polite but distracted and table delivery/server was horrible with a major attitude like she didn't want to be there! Will be awhile before I return! Also, I was there before the big lunch rush arrived!
Food was fresh, employees were attentive and very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms could use some work but we're fine overall.

Granddaughters wanted to go to the Dairy Queen for ice cream after the Band Concert which by the way the concert was great. I ordered a snickers blizzard which you could hardly taste the snickers. Not only could you not taste the snickers the cost of this blizzard was pricey.
