went to order a large pepperoni pizza. it was done when i arrived, but i didn’t realize what was wrong with it until i got home. the crust wasn’t cooked all the way, the pizza was not cut, and the whole thing was covered in grease to the point where it was pooling in the box, making everything soaking wet. tried to cut and eat but it fell apart due to how underdone it was and how soggy it was from the grease. easily the worst experience i’ve had trying to get casey’s pizza.

Pizza's & Bacon/Mac & Cheese- awesome!! Ordered many times, live 5-10min away, unsure if same person's made it every single time??? Out of numerous locations/states due to job, only one other locations in Louisiana comes close to Baxter Springs!! We always orders bacon/mac & cheese & custom pizza's, gotten Supreme's & Ultimate Hawaiian's, I never, ever say this- but ZERO complaints!!

Pre-ordered our pizza and we even gave them an extra 10 mins when we got to the store, waited another 10-15 mins just to be told they just now put our pizzas in their oven, very unfriendly kitchen staff, older lady sounded down right mad cause of all the orders they had, got the pizzas home and they were really really greasy more so then what they usually are, and the pizza wasn't fully cooked we have to put in the oven to finish cooking and the cheesy bread was just basically bread with a little bit of cheese, absolutely disappointed with the this place, definitely do not go here in the evening we will be going to Pete's from now on

Stopped in on New years Day on our way back to wichita from Branson, the 2 women were occupied with a gentleman for a while, chit-chat and didn't pay any attention to our family of 5. Only 2 pieces of old pizza , Saw a display of sandwich fixings on the cart and looked fresh , BUT they whispered together and said , we aren't making them today , that's yesterday's stuff ❗❗❗ told us that we could go next-door to the steak house and eat .So we went , I'm SURE they new it was CLOSED ...... WENT TO SONIC.LADY WITH NO TEETH WAS THE RUDEST

Great store, wonder staff, best pizza around. Seth is a whirlwind whiping out pizzas even on the busiest nights mine have always been on time and they look amazing. You won't be disappointed at this store!!!

I am very disappointed in the service. We’ve ordered pizza multiple times and every time there was an issue. We’d wait for almost an hour and it still wasn’t ready when we went to pick it up. One time, the worker immediately asked my husband if he just wanted to cancel his order because it hadn’t even been started. Today, I went to get a pizza for my sister (we no longer go there, unfortunately), and I went ten minutes after it was supposed to be done. The worker was JUST laying out the crust and said it would be about 15 minutes. I asked why, when she had ordered over 30 minutes prior and it was supposed to be done ten minutes ago. They said a truck came in and they got busy, and the worker that came in later didn’t realize there was an order to be completed when she got there, or she would’ve started it. I’ve never come to give a review, we just simply stopped giving them service, but this just really pushed me over. The LEAST they could have done was give her a call and let her know what the apparent situation was, so we could have avoided driving there just to have to wait another 15 minutes. Very disappointed, we love their pizza! The service has just been a really really big miss for us.

This store use to be on point with fresh food, great people and award winning customer service. Unfortunately something changed a few months ago especially in the deli department. There's almost never any hot quick grab items, the attitude of the cashiers is "whatever" or not my problem. Corporate needs to come in undercover to see this for themselves and begin coaching and retraining the personal in this store
