“I found my new favorite restaurant in Wichita. To my knowledge this is the ONLY place in Wichita where you can get Xialong Bao. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Especially the fried rice and dumplings. Also the staff are absolutely wonderful, they saw me trying to show the girls how to use chopsticks and they used some rubber bands and paper to fashion a little helper thing to keep the sticks together for the kids. Next time I am going back for the Shredded pork. I can’t wait! If you have not been, you have to give them a try!”

“Hands down my favorite restaurant. The owners are so nice. I usually order my food to go because the rest of the family doesn't feel like actually going out for dinner. It makes me sad because I love eating in the restaurant for the atmosphere, but they always cook my to-go order perfectly and it's never been anything less than absolutely delicious. The ginger dressing on the salad is to die for, I like to buy cups of that occasionally for use at home and it doesn't last long because it's just too good. Just talking about it is making me so hungry.”

“Although I do recommend in door dining, I have not enjoyed my take out experience. Every time I order take out the potatoes are undercooked and meat is tough, bread is soggy. Today I ordered a large fruit to go which is $5 and there was very little of it. I’ve also had my order messed up on several occasions. On the other hand the dine in experience has been so wonderful. The food is so yummy and I’ve had nothing, but great wait staff. So if you get a chance, definitely try their dine in.”

“A true mom-and-pop shop producing authentic Kansas style BBQ. This has to be one of the best BBQ places I've ever eaten at. You know you're at a great place when you can smell the wood smoke outside the restaurant.The brisket was fatty (as requested), buttery soft and perfectly smoked. You don't need a knife or sauce with it but if you still want it, they have 3 different flavors of sauce...hot, sweet and mild.Wings are normally just ok at such places but I ordered them anyway. They were smoked too and full of flavor. Baked beans were hot and delicious with a touch of sweet as you'd expect. Hickory flavor there as well. Fries were freshly done as they came out piping hot.Reasonable prices too. 8 wings meal with 2 sides + 1/4 lb brisket was under $20. I don't live here, otherwise I'd be here all the time.”

“Love, love, love Poblanos. I've been eating their fabulous rice bowls since they had their first location on W. Central many years ago. I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.”

“Mochinut is a super cute little spot. Not too busy. The food was good. We had potatoe corn dogs, hot Cheetos corn dogs and a variety of mochinuts. Mango coconut was my personal favorite! Definitely check it out!!”

“Went here with a girlfriend. Very small place, but the service was prompt and the staff were just the right level of attentive. Really reasonable prices. They refilled my water and brought extra kimchi pretty quickly when I asked. I had the soft tofu soup with seafood. Not an enormous portion but it was just right with the scoop of rice. I left quite satisfied!”
