Worst taco bell on the planet. They never ever get it right. Spent 65$ through door dash and didn't get the right order. What they sent looked like a 3 year old made it. Last time I went through the drive thru and they shorted me half my food. Horrible

I went thru the drive thru, was greeted and asked for a moment to look at the menu. No response just awkward silence for a minute or so before he eventually shut his mike off. Minute later he asked again “can I help you?” But with attitude this time. I had my car turned off radio off as close to the speaker as i could get but he still didn’t hear me and I had been working in a loud warehouse all day and no one else had a hard time hearing me so clearly he’s hard of hearing or the speaker box sucks. I leaned out the window and had to basically shout my order still with manners and all. After ordering he asked if I wanted to round up and donate except he didn’t speak clear enough and I thought he just said the total so I started to pull up and he pops an attitude and says “ok guess not!” And I said sorry what I couldn’t hear you and he just continued with the attitude and talking under his breath. Got my food and wasn’t given a receipt or offered one. Everything in the bag looked like it was just tossed in and crushed and broke my hard taco. The nacho fries weren’t shaken in the seasoning instead just dumped on top. I had asked for no tomatoes and their were tomatoes. Had asked for the mac n cheese spicy wrap but it was regular not spicy. The soda was more than half ice. And I couldn’t ask for a remake or my money back because I wasn’t given a receipt. Will not be going back to this location.

Everytime I go here they manage to get my order wrong. Today I got a taco bell number 1. That is what I alway get actually it's 3 crunchy Supreme Tacos and a drink. Well I got 3 regular tacos, last time I got 3 soft tacos. Like you can't just give someone anything they ordered what that wanted. They ordered what they wanted and paid for it because that is what they want. Not going back.
Just drove thru the new taco bell in Basehor. Food was very good and very quick. We got soft tacos and had ordered crunchy but they were good. The steak quesadillas were so good as was the 5 layer burrito was great. Welcome to Basehor!!

Complete wrong order in drive through with no one behind me. Went inside, remade the order wrong and had to wait for third time to get it right. All in all took 38 mins to get Taco Bell.

No one else in line. Rude lady at the drive thru. When the food was ready opened the window and handed me sack and closed the window. Literally no "thank you or have a nice day". Customer service just pathetic and sad. Not the first time. Don't go, trust me.
