I hadn't been to an Eggbert's since childhood, until the other day while in Coffeyville, KS. The restaurant was immaculate, the service outstanding, the food was both promptly served, and fantastic to taste. If passing through Coffeyville, I highly recommend checking them out. Try the chicken salad sandwich combo (with side of fruit and soup of the day). ?
Great place great service food is delicious environment is relaxingKristy was my server and she goes above and beyond very nice and professional gets your food and drinks perfect ?. When I go I always ask for Kristy. But the other servers are also polite and professional too .

Our server was wonderful. I had the tamale breakfast and a gluten free Pancake. Our server didn't like the first pancake made so she told the kitchen to remake it before she brought us our food. I have never had a server not like something and request a replacement before I even knew anything was wrong! It was really busy, and they were short staffed, but I didn't see any of that stress in any of the servers there. I am not from this area, but I was definitely not disappointed...read full review
