I would like to give a huge shout out to this restaurant. I forgot my servers name but she was amazing. My food came 10-15 minutes after I ordered it and she was always there to refill my drinks even before they were empty. I’m not from Coffeyville but had a very homelike experience. Gracias señ

El Pueblito is a Tex-Mex style restaurant on the northeast edge of Coffeyville, KS. The restaurant is clean and in generally good condition.The food was good. I had Tacos Carne Asada. The meat was tasty but a little bit dry as it was chopped a little too finely for my taste. Chips were good and salsa was acceptable though not remarkable.Service was fine. Food was available quickly but return for second drink and payment were slower than expected.

First and last time i will visit this establishment.Food was ok and whe i say ok it was barely that and the service was horrible.Was seated immediately but waited over 20min to take my order, while others beside me came in after me, gave their order and was served their order before my order was taken. Waited another 15min to get my check after eating.
