Never. Again. I had mold on my cheese, I'm always skeptic of my cheese because of one instance in my past I ate moldy cheese so I checked luckily before I bit into my sub but the damage is done.

Placed mobile order and checked in 5 minutes prior to delivery time and never given food. Had to go inside dragging my sleeping child inside to be told oh we didn't see you checked in and no apologies or offers to make up for lost time. Food was soggy and my toasted sandwich was cold and hard. Will never eat here again.

Ordered a footling grilled chicken sub. Service was good and food was good.I did notice that the grilled chicken has changed to strips of grilled chicken.

When asked what I would like to order I said a 6in flat bread w American cheese and the rest would be veggies. The worker then asked several times in a snarky way "are you SURE?" Then proceeded to mumble something under her breath before asking what veggies I wanted. After putting everything I asked on the sandwich another worker walk up and ask "is that a sandwich or wrap" with a giggle. The first worker respond "sandwich" the second said "oookay" while rolling her eyes before they both broke out laughing. This was humiliating not only for me but for then what person acts like that in customer service. They were the definition of 'mean girls' im embarrassed for the company allowing those type of people to serve customers.

What kind of person tells a kid that putting marinara sauce on a BMT sub is cross contamination. That is pathetic I have put marinara sauce on multiple different subs besides a meatball sandwich. Whoever said that needs to be firedAlso they keep making the order wrong. Two separate orders got every bit of it wrong. Didn't follow what was supposed to be on the app. That's sad
