In order to save money, they provided me with 3 sauces for my 20 nuggets. It's silly. Very silly. The nuggets have decreased in size by 20% but the price has increased 37% in 2 years. One sauce won't break your margins.

I will not return to this McDonalds. I asked a question about the menu, due to speed he spoke, possible accent and looking back at board, as he spoke, I could not understand much of what he said. He didn't seem interested in explaining further, so I passed on food and requested a senior coffee. We don't do that anymore, was his response. I don't know why DeSoto McD hates seniors, but I have been to othet McD in Olathe(today). They still do senior coffee , so ......? Anyway I won't be back.

Not sure if this McDonald's is just discriminating being racist or just doesn't like a certain group of people now they have limited your lobby visit to 30 minutes but the people in the background behind the sign have been there for over an hour this sign was not up yesterday it is new it just went up

Manager got upset with the kind young man that had taken my order. I had asked for my granddaughter' Apple juice be put in a cup with a lid. The manager seemed to be overbearing with the young man, who was very kind and efficient. The Apple juice and the sprite were not tasty. We have had them both numerous times in the past. Please know the lower service rating is a result of the managers behavior towards the employee, not the employee.
