I went in for $10 buckets and I was gonna take the bucket for souvenir but I come to find out from waiter that I couldn’t take it , they re used this plastic bucket which is pretty nasty. Gave $0 tips don’t give a f but they suck for not letting costumers take their bucket.

Sent steak back because it was med to well done when asked for med-rare, got new one that almost raw....everything else seemed ok, wouldn't recommend ordering steak from there..Edit ...They have gotten new cook since then and the seats I've ordered over the last year have been way better...

My Caesars salad was so extremely drowned in salad dressing that I threw it away and the lettuce wasn't Romaine like it's always been, had I been told they were out of Romain I would have chosen something else. Geez very disappointed. I took a picture and as you can see there wasn't any green lettuce except for maybe a piece or two and swimming in dressing. That was a waste of money for all of us. Blackened shrimp alfredo had barely any alfredo sauce very very dry she said so that was a waste and a bacon cheeseburger was so burnt on one side it was dry and burnt. The breaking Rock rita was GREAT. FOOD NOT HORRIBLE!

We came in late and the restaurant was closing earlier. We got the server Jaden who was very rude and made it clear we weren’t welcome. But manager Chris noticed and apologized for him. He served us instead of Jaden and went above and beyond. If you get Chris, he is an amazing manager/server; and you’re in good hands.

So we went in to have the unlimited shrimp, riblets, and wings and a cocktail. The cocktail had to be remade 3 times before it remotely looked like the picture on the menu, they first round of food was ok, we both yad the shrimp second round we planned in having the ribblets second but they couldn't be served because they were frozen solid, so we got wings, we ony got 4 tiny bites each and were them given our ticked by the manager even tho we had nit complained at all. Felt like that was his way of saying we were done. The waiter apologized and got a good tip because he at least tried ? very disappointed in how myself and my 74 yr old mother were treated but the bar tender and the manager on duty
Terrible customer service. Waiter basically ignored us the entire time. Never even offered refills. Sent some of our food to another table. We received our order and ticket at the same time. When asked about the missing food from the order. He unapologetically just sent us on our way with two small to go dishes. I felt our family was rushed and ignored. It was a waste of money, and a 40 minute drive in my opinion!
