This location needs leadership, service and presentation needs improvement. We visited at 11pm to avoid the dinner rush on 4/11.After getting seated, we sat there over 5 minutes, no server ever acknowledged us, they were just minding their own business, without a care in the world. We sat on the dining side, not the bar side, half the tables were empty, I counted 3 servers. We sat at one of the middle tables, we were invisible, being out in the open I guess. Finally after 8-10 minutes, I flagged someone down.Kadin ended up being that person. We ordered 15 wings BOGO, so 30 total. 5 different flavors from extreme Blazing to sweet Honey BBQ, when we got the platter, none of the wings were marked, they were just piled on top of each other, we had no idea which were which.After getting the food, we had to flag Kadin down again for utensils and napkins, we were assuming she would’ve thought to bring us a couple plates at this point too, but she didn’t, so we just ate off the platter. Two of us accidentally ate a blazing wing and depleted our water. We never ate anymore after that. We sat for a few more minutes, before flagging Kadin down for the check. You would’ve figured she would have the decency to refill our waters, but she didn’t bother asking.5 minutes after receiving the check and waiting for her return, I just took it upon myself to pay at the counter. The server Jacqueline said I’d have to wait for Kadin to pay, I told her over half our visit was waiting.Whatever happened to a manager greeting each table and seeing how we were doing and thanking for the business? Does BWW not do this anymore?Kadin was the absolute worst and laziest server we ever encountered, she never did credit my BWW reward points, after I gave her my number to do so. Although she didn’t deserve much of a tip for her poor service and performance, we still left her $5 (about 30%)We will continue to order BWW, as their wings are the best. We will choose a different location or just order pick up from Derby location in the future.

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! I ordered online at 5:00pm. My order said it would take 30 minutes. I waited outside until 5:15pm to go in and let the workers know I was present. I was ignored. I was treated like I was invisible. I asked the workers around 5:30pm where my order was. A worker told me it was being bagged up. I watched 4 people behind me come in and wait for their orders and receive theirs. I asked again for my order, I was told they were getting it. At 5:45pm, and waiting almost an hour, I went to the front to ask for a refund to only find out, my order wasnt ever even made. I was treated like I was invisible. Every customer in the establishment was served except for me and no one could tell me why. I asked for a refund and was then told I would have to wait until the end of the shift for a refund after I had already waited for almost an hour. i called corporate, the district manager, he told me he would send me a gift card for my inconvenience, I provided my personal address and never received anything.

Ultimately I give this place 5 stars. Only thing that somewhat bothered me was how loud the music was but beyond that, the service and the food was above and beyond. I will be back for sure!Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was very patient with my 2 wild child kids. She engaged in conversation with them and made the experience that much better for sure!
Haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time. Was not disappointed. Emma our server was top notch and should get a pay raise! Even though we waited for a short while, around 10 minutes, everything was great and our food came out quickly. Very tasty and worth return visits.Had the brisket burger, it was bland and was overly hyped in the menu, no hint of BBQ flavor. I don’t usually write reviews, but I think I’ve had my fill of the Derby location. Way too loud ALL THE TIME. My waitress used her mouth to open a bottle of something she needed to use to make my drink.? During RSV and flu season, mind you. Servers off to the side of the bar area eating and not washing their hands before returning to check on tables? Gross. Do better BWW.
Standard BWW experience. The wings at the Derby location are always good, and I enjoy the decent variety of beers on tap. The bartenders have always been attentive and friendly, but the floor staff gets a little distracted and doesn't particularly stand out vs other sports bar. They have a lot of TVs for the games, but overall the atmosphere is just average. Overall a good place to go if you want to stay local, meet some friends, and have a beer with some games going in the background.

This place sucks! Sure the food is good but it's always a wait! I can understand when extremely busy but it's always. When doing doordash deliveries I've gotten to a point of declining any from here because the food is never ready and I always have a LONG wait for it. Now, here to dine in and nobody has tried to take our order or at least get us drinks while we wait even though nobody new has come in yet and other tables have already been served it looks like. Get it together!

My daughter brought a crispy chicken salad to me today. The container was only 1/4 full and drowned in Ranch. She asked for Asian Zing on the side but it must be on my chicken as it is very spicy on my salad. Very disappointing! I had to salvage the chicken and add my own lettuce & dressing. Won’t make that mistake again!

Standard BWW experience. The wings at the Derby location are always good, and I enjoy the decent variety of beers on tap.
