First visit ever and everything was just fine until I got down the road a bit and stopped to review the contents of my wonderfully pack sack of order. It was then that the downhill slide began. I'm a man so my expectation with food is not very demanding. Only 2 requirements, temperature expected to match the food, and the amount of food matches the price paid. Neither seem too out of bounds based on the menu picture of the item I selected. This was prime lunch time and thought freshness would be a thing... NOPE! Thank God the 7 tiny chicken nuggets were so overdone that the breading provided a bulletproof coating protecting the tiny little morsels of encapsulated chicken pieces. I paid for a meal, got a snack and not a snack worth $11 bucks by the stretch of anyone's imagination. It was more on the level of "my prescription says to take with food but I'm not all that hungry"! On the positive side, the staff working the drive-thru seemed adequately adjusted and well fed! BTW, the Mac and cheese was blissfully ehhh. DO BETTER!

Service was great, very friendly staff, quick with our food. Dining room was clean and the play area was too.
C.J was an amazing server. He was going around refilling peoples drinks, taking customers trays, cleaning tables right when customer's left. I was sitting there while my son was playing in the play area and I had half of a wrap left over, he asked if I wanted a bag for my wrap or an ice water while I waited for my son to finish up playing. You never see that type of amazing service at a fast food restaurant.

The food is great! The fries are phenomenal. The service here just depends on who is helping you. Many of the people are willing to bend over backwards to help their customers. Others, though, are rude and make customers feel like they’re in the way. Last night we were watching as the flag was being taken down, balled up, and tossed on a table outside. Please find a boy scout to handle taking down the flag. I agree with a previous comment that management isn’t taking customer care as seriously as they once did. Maybe some of the people who are good with the customers should be trainers?

That was the first time I went to chick fil. A and not only was the food good. It was nice and hot. Everything was fresh and the service was outstanding. I hope I get to go
Pretty typical experience, but I did catch that they forgot one of the entrees. Luckily I noticed before we left. Over all decent experience.
