Had the best service and food today at the Derby Hardee's!

Here is the deal, I like Hardee's. Ate there as a kid and missed them being around for years in this region. However, the staff was playing around or looking at their phones. The burger seemed more like it was microwaved than anything. Extra long wait on pies..... when we pulled in the lot was empty..... I try to eat here regularly in hopes that this Hardee's is here for years to come. Food and service like this and it won't be. Here's to Hardee's being here for many years to come. Management fix this.

This place needs to close down. No one in line in the drive thru or even inside and they forgot items on the order AND DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. Both the girls working at night looked like they are on crystal meth.

This was the first time going into a Hardee's in years because of being burned at one in another city. However, this one is great. I ordered from the manager whom was a fantastic example of how to do customer service. This is the one to go to in the Wichita area. The coupons are what brought us in, the customer service will keep us coming back.

Once upon a time I visited a magical place where rivers of flavorful tea flowed and the hills were alive with crispy fries and juicy cheeseburgers. Sadly they built a Hardees over it. ?
They had me pull up to the door to wait on my order thriugh the drive thru and I was waited almost 10 min for my order. Took way to long

Burger was ok but the fries weren't hot and crispy, they asked my coworker for her name but didn't asked for my name, so i had to make sure that my order was the one i ordered, no one else was ordering so i guess they felt my name wasn't important to mention.

Quite introverted staff. They don't seem to like people. We dined in and they put out food in bags with sandwiches in one and fries in the other. Not very convenient when dining with a lot of people. Would it be too much to write which is which on the bag or put them in baskets like at Subway or spangles?

Food was ok. I got the mushroom Swiss burger. Girl taking our order was very quite and we couldn't hear her very well. I'm pretty sure she was just very shy and that's ok. All in all good lunch.
