Our waiter, Mark, was excellent! We went in around 8pm, and he was very nice. Our food not only came out looking great, but tasting really good. Our drinks were different than the menu, and he made them delicious. He was quick to talk to us, and was good working with us. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the workers actively cleaning tables even though it wasn't busy.

We enjoyed a great meal at the Derby IHOP. The food was very good, and my T-Bone was cooked the way I ordered and the steamed broccoli is the best in town. Our waiter was a very nice young man. We were there at noon on a Sunday, so I apologize for not remembering his name. The place was clean and well managed.

Gross. The people looked dirty. They had no idea what tables were clean or not when we walked in. They removed the strawberry crepes from the menu, no Swiss cheese available for substitutions. The hash brown brick was burnt on the outside and barely edible on the inside. The cook doesn’t know how to slice a tomato and the lettuce was brown/black along the edges. The waffle was good and the fries were good. The entire establishment looked like it was in need of a serious cleaning.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The waitress was absolutely horrible and rude. We sat over an hour and didn’t get any food. I would understand if they were busy, the place had maybe 5 tables of customers. We spilled and they didn’t even come check on us. We grabbed rags to clean it up ourselves and still had chocolate milk on the floor. I had to get up and ask if our food was gonna be ready and once I asked it started coming out. Since we had waited so long we didn’t have time to sit there and eat. One waitress was sitting there passing out to go boxes. I finally had enough and said we could pack it up ourselves. I have never been to an ihop and had this bad of service.At the end the manager did end up making it free. The service still could have been better

They were so short staffed that our waitress didn't have time to do her job properly, also they should hire people to clean the tables so that the waitress and kitchen staff don't have to do that. Food was decent, but the service wasn't great. The manager wasn't very friendly either. Will not be going back to this IHOP!!
I went in 2.5 hours before close and they acted mad I was in there so late. The kids meals small on portion size was 11.97$???? Derby IHOP I won't be

Derby Ihop has gone downhill. when we first walked in there was paper and crushed candy spread all over the floor. we got sat ordered our drinks that came out 20minutes later, ordered our food and at the 55min mark of having nothing Infront of us I myself and 3 kids got up and headed to McDonalds. our server "KIM" was very nice, but the rest of the experience was enough for us to not go back. Riverside will get our business from now on.

I ordered food on the app, it showed open 24/7. I was on a trip and got back super late. Thought dang I'll order some food and pick it up. I order on the app that says they are open. I show up and the place is closed. Don't advertise you are a 24 hour restaurant and allow people to mobile order just for a let down. Get it together and get your stuff updated.
