Italian #13 on rosemary parm with extra meat is enough for 2-3 people. Always my favorite... Subway, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy Johns, and Mr. Goodcents could never compete with such a great sandwich place. In fact they could learn a few great things from Jersey Mike's.

Awesome! Got a sub for dinner, absolutely great!!! Everything fresh, rosemary bread was awesome, our fella put the sauce in a cup so we could add it when we were ready to eat, and the guys were friendly, store was clean, it was awesome! So 5 stars and kudos to this store, job well done!!!!And thank you! Dinner in the hotel room was great because you guys rock!

Got delivery and both sandwiches were not made correctly. One had onions when ordered without. Other ordered mikes way with mayo, had neither so as dry as the bread was! Oh and the bread! Jersey Mikes prides itself on its bread! Fresh and delicious right? Wrong! Dry and hard as a rock! Being from the NE I expected more with the name and all. I’m ashamed of that bread and I didn’t serve it! Disappointed!

I was confused, they were confused ?. I did my sandwich Mike's way and way too much oil, bread was soggy. She seemed new and maybe just learning. We all have to start somewhere on a new job. The bread was sitting out on the counter and the outside was very hard, harder than usual. We usually go to the one in East Wichita.
I would like to start off by saying this is the most politest and well mannered group of workers I've came across in a VERY long time! Everyone one was SO pleasant and I was greeted immediately when walking through the door! Definitely lifted my spirits considering I wasn't having a good day. I was in a mood for a salad but was limited to where I could get one at the time due to my location. My co worker made me aware they offer subs in a tub and she was absolutely right! They do offer such a thing you just have to ask for it , it's not on the menu. I order a #7 sub in a tub the mikes way and it was delicious!!! Great way to cut back on the carbs!

We go here about once a week, sometimes more. Tonight, 11/15/2023, at around 8:20 PM, we ordered two subs. They waited until mine was almost done before telling me they were out of bacon. When this happened before, the employees offered to give me extra meat instead of ripping me off, but the employees tonight could care less. Not their money, right? So I mentioned that they could substitute for extra meat, and they replied with, "I could do that," then they proceeded to do nothing except rip me off because, hey, it's not their problem, right? Typical trash customer service, so I'm not sure why I'm surprised or why I would keep coming here.

Perfect experience Collin was amazing at his job gave us delicacies of sandwiches our first ones weren’t super good so they remade them for us and the experience was a highly recommended one please go get a fresh sub:) also he is extremely approachable and kind.

Definitely a contender for best sub sandwich around, found in the Derby Market Place off of Rock, in the shopping center with Buffalo Wild Wings. My latest sub was The Original Italian and it was a homerun. Freshly sliced meat, excellent bread, perfect toppings, and layered with their famous cherry pepper relish. I am sold on this location and recommend it to anyone in the area.
