I have been going here a lot the last 6 months or so. It is the best deal in town! Pizza Hut and other chains are charging 3 times what Little Caesars is charging and they aren't any good. This is a really good pizza for the price! The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Is it the Four Seasons? No. Does it do the job in a satisfactory manner? Absolutely! Thanks Little Caesars!

I just got done waiting an hour for a supposedly simple "hot and ready" cheese pizza. Didn't even get the pizza and requested a refund. The kid at the window didn't recall who I was or that I even placed an order and I had no receipt since he neglected to give me one. I did get the refund and it says his name was Tevin but his response was to say "sorry" and to laugh. Never had such a poor experience with food or service in my entire life and this is my first ever time leaving a review in my 26 years of life. Atrocious.

You need to change the your slogan, it's never hot and never ready, you always gotta wait and they always say 7 mins, but I've been still here for 18 mins now still waiting and I only ordered a cheese and pepperoni. You would think with it being dinner time they'd have some made ready to go, being their slogan is HOT AND READY! I shoulda went next door, it woulda been faster and cheaper and a better pizza. But they covenantly charged my card then told me I'd have to wait. Never coming back

I went to get a quick and easy dinner I pulled up to the window and had to wait only for the man at the window who didn’t look pleased to be there. I asked for a fresh pepperoni pizza and when I explained that the last bread sticks I got were hard as a rock that they had taken my name down for free ones he told me my total asked me to pull around. I did not get a fresh pizza as asked for and had to have the guy go back and get breadsticks I asked for. the bread sticks were skinny and hard. The only good thing about my visit was the sweet boy who brought my order out. He was sweet!! Little Caesar’s used to be really good for cheap and it’s just gone down hill!! Won’t be back

Some of the staff aren't very friendly and come off as a little rude sometimes, but if you're just stopping in to get your food, dont let it ruin your day.

The sign says hot-n-ready but you go to the drive thru and ask for your order then they say pull around and park to wait on your pizza for 15 minutes lol makes sense right. Don't have a drive thru make it order then come get your pizza.

The food is always so fresh. There's one guy in particular that works really hard. He's an incredibly hard worker. Every time we go here he's super swamped. Be he does a fantastic job. I wish I knew his name. I'll figure it out and update this post but he definitely deserves a raise. And another one on top of

I used a debit card to pay for my order. I asked the clerk for my receipt. His eyes opened wide, he said oh, I pressed the tip button by mistake. It’s just a small amount. I’m looking at him. He’s looking at me. He stayed quiet. I guess he has been tipping himself all day as most people don’t ask for their receipts. If it was a mistake he was supposed to fix it. So it was not a mistake. I should have called corporate.

The customer service was non existent. The man who took my name, shut the window in my face 3 times before I could get a word in. (Besides this preventing any basic pleasantries this did not allow me to confirm I was receiving (or had) the correct order). The man never checked the order with me, just the name. At the time I chose to ignore this because at least he was fast and actually remembered to include the sauces I requested (this location often forgets to grab them and the sauces aren't free). The sauce grab was the only victory for them.Sadly, I did not check the pizza until I got home (I was too excited about the bread sticks), But when I did get home I realized they gave me the wrong pizza.I ordered a Detroit-Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme ($13.00) and they had given me a DETROIT-STYLE DEEP DISH PEPPERON ($10.00).Now Im a pushover and I live 15-20 min away, so I wasn't going to complain, but now its the next day and I've thought about it and im upset. This is the 4th time (out of the 4 few times I've chosen to order ahead instead of getting a hot and ready- which they rarely have ready) this location has had poor customer service and given me the wrong order. I haven't complained before because I know some of the workers there, I like the product and mistakes happen. But it is frustrating and there is no customer support to contact to report to. The $3 dollar difference is also frustrating and the lack of customer service really makes it worse. (I know $3 isn't a lot but I also pre tipped so it adds up when your unsatisfied and broke).I did attempt to call and speak to someone but I didn't even get a "hello" before they said "please hold" and disappeared. I did not hold, I just chose to go to the next option available which was to complain on here.Im very disappointed and if I could give a negative star review I would. Ive learned my lesson and will not be ordering from this location again.

Over an hour to get crappy pizza. Should've just bought frozen from the store. Ordered on the app and was told "No way to look up your order". On the plus side my child got to hear the employees yelling at each other and a few F- bombs. It's not even that cheap anymore, I will definitely be using any of the other pizza places in Derby!
