You need to update your hours. The doors were locked and lights turned off way before 11. This way you won’t waste people’s time and gas going the store thanks .

We close from 4am to 5am to set up for breakfast & we close from 10pm-5am on Monday’s & Tuesdays. Lobby opens at 6am. I love my crew. We’re still recovering from covid closing times. Complain all you want, we are working our best to get back to being 24hrs but there’s only 4-5 of us on night shift & some nights we have to send 1-2 out of 5 of our crew members home because of how high our labor is at the end of the day. We do our best.

The two McDonald's in Derby are owned by Michael Lane. I have worked at both stores. The food is McDonald's, but the management within the store is so poor that if I go to either of these McD's, I have to expect that the employees and customer service is going to be less than sterling. The employees have to hurry as each drive thru order is timed and the management "parks" customers too frequently to keep their drive-thru times from going too high. There is little organization inside and the service will only be as good as the bagging manager on duty at the time. So, it's cheap and we're all cheap, but the lack of professionalism is legend. As the customer, you're definitely not #1.

Not trying to sound rude or anything but i went through to get me 2 20 piece chicken nuggets and i get home and they hard as a rock i could throw them at someones window and i bet it would break it no joke it was terrible and then i go to call them back and a guy told a female to "hang up the phone there wasting my time" when im just trying to get a simple replacement like terrible customer service.

The hours here are inaccurate. They are listed as 24 hours literally everywhere but any time you try to go between 3am and 5 AM, they are always closed without fail. They say it's for the system shutdown which is fine. I just don't understand why the hours have been inaccurate for well over 6 months. I don't care that they have to shut down the system. I do care that the hours are listed wrong. It gets annoying to drive across town because one location no longer has third shift, just to find this one closed as well. If your try to bring it up to anybody, you just get ignored or yelled at over the phone

food was cold. forgot sauces. forgot fries. didn't get a receipt. didn't fill the drinks all the way. i work fast food. it aint hard to take an order correctly. not to mention they weren't busy at all. there was one other car in the drive thru and like no one in the lobby.
Well pay 4.29 for what they tell you is a large vanilla shake is a joke. The size is medium at best if you want a large better order two or go to Brains.

Was rushed in the drive through. I mean, I get it, I’ve worked in fast food, been there. But the impatience and rude behavior of the workers was really unacceptable. One of the employees just tossed the items to my mom and closed the door without a word. I understand it gets busy, but this is really “Wichita” level of service. We won’t be coming back, really disappointed with the childish employees!

It’s McDonalds sometimes it’s good sometimes not depending on the location I haven’t visited enough locations to see a difference so take everything I post with as many grains of salt you can fit into your dish or something like that
