Don’t plan on getting anything you want if you walk in at 8:35pm because they close at 9pm! There was still 25 mins before closing and the kid behind the counter said the kitchen was closed! Why don’t you close at 8:30pm then? Why even stay open until 9pm if you are going to be closing at 8:35pm? This was such a terrible experience. We really enjoy the food at Panda but would like to still be able to get what we like and not just the four options left at the end of the day. Do better Panda!

The employees were standing on the cooking surfaces cleaning the hood during service. One of them even dipped a mop into a wok filled with boiling water to scrub a wall. That is completely unsafe and unsanitary food practices.

Has really gone downhill. They were out of several things at dinner time. Service wasn't great. Food didn't even taste good. Used to be a favorite of our family, but we won't be back.

Today I was in the store at 1:30 pm, lunch hour, and they were out of 2 different entrees, 1 was the one I wanted. They asked if I wanted to wait, I walked out. How can you let 2 entrees run out at that time of day, The last 2 times I have been in there, the guy dishing out the food, I have never seen him smile, I thing if he did his face would probably crack, unprofessional and unfriendly.

Restaurant was a bit noisy from kitchen activity. Parking lot had one stall that trapped water and made it unusable. It also is an environment that breeds mosquitoes.

Final visit. Not one of the better dining options in Derby. The service is the main issue which affects every meal at Panda Express. The servers hurry the customer’s meal decisions and get chippy about non-immediate responses to their questions. They typically are asking the next question about your options before you are even done responding to the previous inquiry, and they do NOT handle it well if customers don’t have their order pre-memorized before stepping in line. This is a very rushed and impatient atmosphere, even when they are not busy and the staff outnumbers the customers. The food is still decent though which must by why I return on occasion after I’ve waited long enough to forget about the interrogation line at the counter. But the ridiculous upcharges for anything good and refusal to carry white rice is it for me. Derby has better.

Chicken chowmein tasted like it was 2 or 3 days old. It was disgusting!! I took one bite and spit it out.
Orange chicken was under the heat lamb too long, it was so hard when I tried to eat it.
