We frequent this location and usually order the same sandwich at this location. It almost always tastes fresh and has ample filling. My main complaint is that this location almost always runs out of chips. It just doesn't seem like a hard thing to keep in stock. They typically substitute with a baguette tossed in the bag with no apology or message on my app. It seems like a weird side, since I'm already ordering a bread heavy sandwich. I feel like they can do better.

This place is ridiculous. I ordered through the app and it said it was ready. I get there and it’s not. I waited over 30 minutes. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue it’s ongoing.

If I order a rapid pickup drink on the app and it says it’s ready, why do I have to wait in line to get it instead of being able to grab it from the rapid pickup shelf?

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with this company. Some items that were ordered were no longer available, we were offered other items, which we weren't interested in. Contacted Customer Service and was refunded for the items and then some. Quick, timely resolution to the problem.

Costing me $17.69 for the sandwich, drink, and a little bag of chips, I'm giving the Panera Bread Chicken & Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt - Stacked Toasted Baguette 4 out of 5 Bachelor on the Cheap Stars. It's a darn good sandwich, and the preparation was well executed, but like most everything on Panera's menu, it's overpriced. It's not worthy of a repeat buy. The food gets 4 stars, the prices get 2.
