I have never ever seen or have seen such a dysfunctional crew in my life that works at the Derby, Ks Rock Rd location. It was Sunday night 11/26/23 not only did we wait at the window for a while, we saw everybody walking around as far as the crew. So then we pulled around check the door it was locked. So then we came back around through the drive-thru only to find out these idiots didn't even have my order prepared. Oh it gets better. The girl Lily was screaming the f word at the top of her lungs to her crew and left the window open so me and my children could hear, so unprofessional and unbelievable. Finally we get our food after being 30 minutes late. Unbelievable. If I could leave 0 stars I would have! ???

I have diabetes so I can't eat the pizza crust. Whenever I go to any pizza place they always make me a crust less pizza. Basically they just put all of the ingredients into a pasta bowl. This location was no different the last time we were here and it was really good so we came back despite the really foul smell in the lobby. This time they took my order then the waitress came back with the "manager" who said "we can't do that, we are too busy". Well there was nobody else in the place and the manager seemed to have an attitude, as if I had bothered her by asking for them to leave off the crust. There is nothing else there that I can eat so we left but they still charged us almost $5 for 2 drinks that were barely touched. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Papa Johns, that's what we did.

THIS PIZZA HUT IS HORRIBLE!!! ORDER MY PIZZA AROUND 5, THEN GET MY MESSAGE THAT MY PIZZA ON ON THE WAY ABOUT 2 HOURS LATER STILL NO PIZZA. I CALL THEY SAY THEY DOORDASHED MY PIZZA, ANOTHER HOUR ROLLS BY SO I CALL THEY SAY IT GOT LOST SO OFFERS MY MONEY BACK OR NEW PIZZA. GET NEW PIZZA GET HOME ITS BURNT!!!! PLUS WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MONEY BACK AND THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN SO I CALL TO TALK TO MANAGER ABOUT IT THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS!!!! I DECIDED TO DRIVE UP THERE WHILE ON HOLD!!! GET THERE AND MANAGER STILL MAKES ME WAIT!!!!! SO LEAST TO SAY I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE!!!! ????

With the app and their pickup window, makes picking up pizza safe and easy. The registration process is too difficult on the app, so I just sign in as a guest, gotta enter my card each time but still easy to checkout as a guest. They are quick and polite at this location, never had an issue. Pizza hut pizza is good for me, I get the chicken with white sauce because red sauce gives me indigestion (cause I am old) -- dad voice, "I like the red sauce but it doesn't like me." I would steer clear of the pastas, pizzones, and sandwiches; haven't had good experience with any of that at any pizza hut.

This is the worstPizza Hut in Wichita and surrounding area (Derby). I ordered the special 3 toppings, wantedextra pepperoni and I count maybe 10. Rediculous!!!! I will never go back to Pizza Hut in Derby again...
The service was awful. We had to ask for everything, no plates, straws, silverware or napkins. Didnt get our ticket till I walked up to leave and asked for it.

I and my three granddaughters walked in at 9 p.m. tonight and was informed that the dining room was closed. I looked in towards the dining room and indeed it was closed. The chairs were up on the tables. Funny thing is that the sign outside stated dining room is open until 11 p.m. so sad....
