Me and my girlfriend waited in the drive through lane for over an hour for 2 salads. And when we finally got the salads, we didn't have any silverware and we were missing ingredients. We will never be returning to this location every again.

Had a wonderful experience here. Customer service was great and the food was wonderful and fresh. The young lady that helped me got a rush of about fifteen people while I was eating my lunch and was never flustered and gave them great customer service also. I believe her name was Mackenzie.

I go at least once a month on Wednesdays for BOGO pizza's and pick-up through the drive-thru. Staff is always pleasant and food hot. Thank you, Derby location staff!!

The all time classic sandwich in Derby on Rock Road. Here is the one place that I rarely shift on my order because the traditional sandwich is just too good to skip. The fresh sourdough bun is what makes the meal unbeatable, and the meat and veggie toppings are perfect with the mustard dressing. Unfortunately I’ve found that the value meals have climbed to ridiculous prices these days and I’ve never been too impressed with service at this location either. I do like grabbing lunch here though and just skip any sides or drinks. With so many premium sandwiches in the area, I still believe this one to be in the top five in Derby and I can recommend visiting this Schlotzsky’s.

For starters, I waited in line to order for over 30 minutes, with only 1 person in line before me. Then I get to the window and I’m handed a “Sprite”, also known as water. She then handed me my food and I asked to exchange my drink. She couldn’t figure out the machine so I opted for a tea, or dirty tasting water. ??♀️ I then get back to work, to find MOLD on my calzone. I also see mustard and onion peels in this same photo, neither of which are part of an Italian calzone. So $16 later, no lunch.I called, she stated she checked all their crusts and no sign of mold. Well, photo speaks for itself. She then told me to submit it to their website. ??♀️

Love the staff and cleanliness of the location. The pizzas seem to have less sauce and toppings here compared to other locations for some reason, but otherwise tasty. Very polite and efficient customer service

I'm excited that Derby has a Schlotzkys! I went through the drive through today, so can't speak for the inside, ordering was quick, but did have a slightly long wait at the window, it was ok and the food was delicious. They have a great vegetarian sandwich.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian sandwich is very tasty, I love that it has cucumber.
