Ordered online and when I got to work, realized there were many things wrong with my order. Items were missing. It’s sad because you order online and tip, but get to your destination to find your order was not made correctly. You should order in-store to make sure it’s right.

Use to love subway alot, last few times not so great. Poured the entire bottle of mustard on my sub, and wow how small they have gotten( I swear the size of a hotdog bun)

I had been across the street for a fasting ct scan at the hospital. I had never been here or even knew it existed until I got in my vehicle and looked at it staring me in the face. The food seems quite fresh and was tasty. The service was quick and he let me talk at random bcuz I was starving!

Updated review.I went in to get a sub fixed twice now that was made wrong in the drive through. Both times I was asked to see the receipt. The order was looked up, the sub was examined. One time I was told the cheese was not put on in a way they do. The customer service was non existent. Why can’t they just take my old sub, admit fault and make it correctly? I reported this to management that said they would address it but it continues to happen so they obviously don’t care.Original review:OK subs when made right. I constantly have issues when ordering from the drive thru. It says items are available to order but once I order and pay I’m told at the window they don’t have certain items like cookies. Also they mess up my sub orders a lot by adding things I didn’t want or not putting things I asked for. Like I’ll pay for bacon and not get it or ask for no cheese and get cheese. Which I don’t understand. If I say no cheese then not only how do I get cheese but how did they choose what cheese to add?

Ordered took 40 minutes to get the food. The worst customer service. If you order the best thing to do is let the customer know you got the order and you’re working on it. But not even that. By the way I was the only person in the subway. Why do we have to put a star when it should be a negative and not a one star

Don't go to Subway in Derby at Rock and Patriot Employees are rude and racist! After waiting approximately 15 minutes I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. The store was empty besides the lady behind the counter and 1 customer she was ringing up. When she got done she told me to hold on and proceeded to help the girl that was behind me in like at the window. I told her no I was before her. She said you had the game sandwich? Why the F did you get out of line then?! I told her I was tired of waiting she yelled at me she had to make the sandwiches I told her she still could've came to the window and greeted me and said one moment (common customer service!) she proceeded to yell at me so I said F the sandwich and turned to leave when she called me a dumb N word... yes I did grab some baskets and throw them on the ground (you call someone a racial slur they will not have a good reaction). She told me she was gonna call the cops. Whether or not that happened idk. I am not going to tolerate being called out of my name because she was mad for whatever reason... so, you've been warned

I have never seen such mediocre servings on sandwiches at any Subway. I repeatedly had to ask for more to make it a reasonable sub. For a 6" sub they put 3 pieces of green pepper. Then 3 jalapenos. Etc. Then my wife told me later the bread for her sub was stale.I called later to talk to a manager and she explained the employee was likely just following company policy for serving size, which apparently dictates only 3 jalapeno slices. If that is the case, it seems this is the only Subway following the directions to make thin subs.She offered to look into it and call back, but that never happened.There are 2 other Subways in Derby. I suggest driving another couple minutes to a location that will make you a decent sub.

Sing it with me! 12 dollar.... 12 dollar footlong... Not even kidding. What happened to Subway? Seriously everything is crazy expensive now. Not worth the price for what you are getting. Will never go back to Subway again.
