I literally come here very rarely and every single time I do my order is wrong and I get no follow up questions as their supposed, for example "beef or chicken on a chalupa" didn't even want the chalupa box wanted to new box but of course I didn't get asked anything and handed my stuff without even a "have a good day!". Done coming here, strictly going to rock's taco bell . Try to call and no answer too. They weren't even busy!

I use the Mobile app to order food tonight and no problem taking my money but when I got to the restaurant it wasn’t open. Why would you take a mobile order and say that you’re open until midnight, on your own app, if you weren’t open after 11 o’clock, super frustrating……

Went inside to place an order. Place was understaffed. Stood there for a few minutes- no acknowledgment, no welcome, no order given. I did get to hear one employee cuss as some equipment though so that was good

We ordered online and picked up at the drive-thru window. Service was outstanding, the young man at the window was super helpful, friendly and kind. The food was great — as Taco Bell always is!
Didn’t even get food because they were closed at 11:15 but posted open until 12:00

Typical cheap fare. The people there today are obviously understaffed (Sign: Lobby closed "due to staff shortage"), but i tell you what, they are rocking it and getting orders done.

Service here is ok but the food is even worse. I heard some kid playing some kind of rap music in background just to add to the trash that comes out of this place go get a real job because I know your broke working here you can't even make a burrito so there may be no hope for
