Ordered through the drive thru at about 1030 pm tonight. I ordered a number 1, double, no cheese, ketchup only. Service was quick, but I checked the burger before I left. Cheese. American Cheese is disgusting and only good for gluing burgers together. I gave it bace and told them the issue. Got what I thought was a fresh burger with ketchup only, my mistake was to not check until I got home. When I checked at home I found that the "cook", using the term lightly, had removed the cheese from the original burger, leaving lots of melted cheese residue on the burger and then absolutely slathered it with ketchup, I assume to hide the face that there was still cheese residue on it. Ketchup was running out all sides of the burger. This is absolutely the improper way to fix a customer's order and make it right. I will most likely not visit this location again, especially at the time I did. Whoever "fixed" my order needs some training on how to do things correctly. If i were allergic to cheese and had assumed that it had been remade correctly I could be having medical issues right now. Fortunately it's just a serious dislike of American Cheese.

Went here today for lunch and stood at counter for 10 minutes and I was wondering.... Where are the ones who serve the customers? Not a soul in site. Doesn't it take a team of people to run a restaurant? I guess Wendy's can't afford to hire people to serve their customers LOL. Or mabey it's because you can't even afford food and fuel on 8$ an hour hech I don't know! 4$ for a large fry? I used to enjoy coming here but not anymore!

Beautiful new remodeled building but terrible food! I got a spicy chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. I try to avoid confrontation so I sent my child back to buy me another one. Same thing! What the heck happened!? This used to be a very good sandwich but both were hard with soggy breading. At almost $7 per sandwich, what a waste of money! And of course they didn’t give me a receipt so I could go back to get a refund.

Really shouldn't charge so much for fries. Almost $4 for a large. I get that it is fast food but c'mon, that's almost the price of 5lb bag of potatoes. Take it easy on the people who keep you in business. You'll sleep better.
