My Beautiful Wife Melody and I had supper at Central Station on Tuesday night, March 19, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The food was delicious! The service was impeccable! You must go! Caleb and Melody Boone, Hays, Kansas.
My wife and I stopped in to this place a few weeks ago while on vacation. We were told by several locals that this was the best place in town to get a steak. As we were walking in, a gentleman in a cowboy hat was walking out and asked us how we were doing. My wife said "Wow, this place seems friendly!" The place was fairly busy. The food is outstanding! Portions were amazing!Stopped by on our road trip.The service was awful. Had to wait very long for our check, then once we were ready to have the check processed, it took another ten or more minutes. Server disappeared often.Would've given 5 stars but service sucked.
