I hate to be a Karen, but we watched four kids try to make two dip cones that kept getting dropped in the chocolate. And made comments when we asked if they could remake the half dipped cone. I'm sorry but if I pay pretty much five dollars for an icecream I'd at least like to be able to eat it without it falling on me.If I could give this place a negative I would.

i ordered a heath brownie cupfection, peanut reese’s, strawberry sundae. there was a hair on my heath ice cream, and the worker definitely saw it but didn’t take it off or anything, and the strawberry sundae was just vanilla ice cream with strawberry syrup and not even half of a strawberry in it. and the strawberry sundae and reese’s came in a bag????

Can't go wrong with a blizzard but the place was dirty...our feet literally stuck to the floor...gross!
Ordered a cake batter blast, and an Oreo brookie blast, paid for them, got to the window and they told us they were out of both. And that the manager was gone and couldn't refund the money. At some point during this, the manager showed up with the key and they got the ingredients to finish making our blasts. They were good, but it was a hassle that did not need to happen.
