Never any left overs or doggy bags with Freddy's. This one is no exception to that rule. I got the Patty Melt with onion rings today but substituted the rye bread with Texas toast, a total win if you don't care for rye. Then enjoyed the obligatory pumpkin pie concrete. ? Simply amazing. You can never go wrong with Freddy's.

We placed an online order that consisted of 3 combos and a kids meal. The order was placed at 7:08 and supposed to be ready at 7:23 and we pulled up to the window at 7:30. The young lady at the window said the order was not ready and did not even ask what name was under it nor order number. She told us to park and check back later. I told her my name and asked if that was the order that was not ready and she said “yeah, and we do not come out and give it to you, you have to come in and get it” she was very short and had a rude attitude. We waited for about 8 minutes and they still missed a shake on our order. Our food was cold and the fries were stale and cold. They do not have a designated area for pick up, so if you’re trying to get a quick order don’t order online.
