There was a guy being trained and the manager was horrible to him. He was just learning his job and she kept telling him that he needed to work faster and he was messing up. She didn't take the time to help fix what he was messing up just putting him down. He wrapped my sandwich wrong and she got upset, I told him he could redo it and she said no he's taking to long. The staff are friendly but professional. They can chat while making your sandwich or listen as you tell them what you want. This is a high stress job so I enjoy listening to some of the crazy things that have happened plus it helps pass the time as they prepare my meal.

Can you please stop shorting your staff. Its becoming sad and pitiful. It’s obvious that the place is not being kept up with. Everyone has a good attitude which helps but management needs to cooperate as well.
