All Arby's aren't as good as they used to be. It's sad.

Don't know how but the fries were chewy and not in a good way. Soda was flat or mixed wrong or idk...it tasted weird. Sandwich was ok. Prices are up quite a bit. Gonna stay away from this one for a while.

I like the sandwiches, but some of their managers are clueless and rude. Back when they had the software glitch that charged people multiply, I called in an attempt to figure out what was going on. The manager (I really would like to name her, but I won't) told me that it wasn't them that it was my banks fault. When I asked for information for her supervisor or general manager, she flat-out refused and wouldn't help me. Wouldn't even take my contact info so they could reach out....read full review
