We are used to paying one fee for extra items on a sandwich, this place charges extra fee for each item on a sandwich which doubles the cost, just a warning to you

There’s new management as this town would say “oh again”. Well, THIS manager is educated, kind, accommodating, and seems to get the job done. People don’t want to work in Emporia, and BK has a stigma already. However, I must say the current staff (what little there is) are very pleasant and have great customer service! I’m not bothered if I have to wait a bit to have actual HOT and cooked food, throw in the customer service, why complain for real? Hats off to y’all at this location!

Waited in drive thru line for 26 minutes for 2 items!!!! There were only 3 cars in the line when I pulled up, and not hardly any customers inside from the looks of it. They were also out of a their advertised new menu item. I understand it's not the workers fault, and probably are understaffed, but definitely the worst burger king I've been to for service time, by far! They were at least friendly though. I feel bad for them being so understaffed.

Please beware of eating at this Burger King location. My 17 year old son worked there until they fired him for leaving an overnight shift for being extremely sick. He contacted the general Manager at least 4 times explaining how he was throwing up and running a fever. His manager said that she had to visit her kid in Juvenile Detention the next day and needed to sleep and did not want to have a car accident. She told him to take ibuprofen and move to mobile orders. At 4 AM my son told her that he would lock up the restaurant but had to leave as he was too sick to continue to work. She threatened to sue him if the restaurant burned down and terminated him the next day. I reviewed all of the text messages between her and my son and some of the information shared was not on a professional manager employee level at all. Just keep in mind that this location does not care about food safety as they have minors working there who are allowed to be sick with the flu. My son was being used as a manager without the title or pay and was doing well and this is how they treat their help. A management change is needed before I ever eat here again.

Food was hot and fresh, workers were all very polite and acted like they wanted to be there with smiles on their faces. Its been awhile since I have gone due to service and food lacking but I am glad I tried it again. I didnt go inside so I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere.

We were the only ones dining in. Customer service as far as a, "Hello Welcome To Burger King" is dead. No, Hi how are you nothing. Aside from that the lady at the register did let us know fresh fries would be made and that's wonderful to me. Better than getting cold ones. Only thing wrong honestly is the floor was terribly sticky and while no one was dining in that would of been a perfect time to mop.

Horribly understaffed. Appears one staff member having to train the other 2 on the spot. Hopefully they get better staffing and people become more understanding.

Thought I'd give this place the benefit of the doubt, give it one more try as last few visits have been very disappointing, disgusting and awful... still the same.Floors were sticky, though out store. Not paper towels to dry hands nor a dryer in bathroom.Soda was flat, fries were ok as was the chicken fries, but they were uncooked or something because I had the worst cramps since eating there.Probably not going to try eating there again for a very long time, until they get better management and staff that actually care and try.

My Concern, is the light outside the voice box. It flashes red and almost sent me into a seizure. No Flashing light should be at head level. It's causes seizure. I asked Management about it and they didn't even know what I was talking

Stopped by on my long drive from Austin to Minneapolis at about 11pm on Thursday August 10th. I don't eat much fast food anymore, but was very impressed. Double whopper looked exactly like the pic and was the best whopper that I remember ever having. Fries were super fresh. Staff was very friendly. Pleasantly surprised

Girl working drive thru messed up my order 5 times, JUST taking it! Finally, after I was extremely irritated she went to get someone else to take my order.

Came in this morning and waited and waited at the counter and saw no one. Finally saw a lady in the back and she finally saw me told me to wait and went into office to chat with another lady. Finally came and took my order and the other lady went to prepare it. I asked for crispy tater tots, and the lady preparing took tots from the bin and put them back In the fryer. I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. The tots I got were not crispy and were still soggy. Never again will stop here. It seems that every time I try this place, there are problems.

We stopped by here late night on our way to KC. Isabella & Daniel were amazing! Isabella told us it would be a couple minutes for our food as they were making it fresh & it was amazing! We don't always get that which is why we don't eat a lot of fast food, but we were extremally happy with the service & the food! Thank you for making our visit amazing!
