I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. When I paid she said it was almost done, so I asked if she could being it out to my car as I had my baby with me. She said yes....10 mins later I go in and my pizza had been sitting there, while the whole group behind the counter were talking and she said sorry I completely forgot. So I took my pizza and left. I get home and this is the saddest, worst personal pizza I have ever had. And it's cheese! How do you screw up cheese pizza. I'm very disappointed as most days I love Gambinos. Very poor experience and waste of money tonight unfortunately ?

Dillion Anderson is the person go took our order. Talk about great service... He was super helpful and descriptive. We chose calzones and cheese breadsticks.Yes it was delicious and eye catching. The restaurant (maybe a former Pizza Hut?) is very clean. As a former restaurant employee I know it isn't easy to keep clean. Probably the cleanest pizza place I've seen on the casual side. Not really a date night place but definitely edible after a hard day's work. Yes they deliver I heard a phone order. Casual, clean, and friendly.

We have a Gambino's closer to home, but their pizza isn't as good as the one in Emporia, KS. Visited our daughter at ESU and had Gambino's for lunch. Again, everything was great! Thanks!

Everything was very cool and the guys from the service, and the institution itself, everything is very nice, but it was very hot outside - 109 °, and the air conditioner obviously could not cope, but I think this is an exception, everything is at a decent level, clean, beautiful

First & last time getting pizza from here. Took my pizza I ordered to go back in to let them know they didn’t put pepperoni on the whole pizza as my online order had stated and they seemed annoyed to have to remake it. No type of sorry or way of making up for it. Then to no surprise from their attitudes I was given a pizza with pretty much zero pepperoni across the whole pizza, thirty bucks for one pizza you’d think it would have something on there ? yea it tasted as awful as it looked as well y’all. Super dry, no flavor and of course no pepperoni.

When I crave pizza I crave Gambino's! On my way back from Wichita, my son and I were elated to find this Gambino's in Emporia. Not only was the pizza buffet and the salad bar well stocked and great tasting, the manager and the staff were phenomenal. They authentically cared and checked on us several times AND THE PLACE was packed! They all had a great smile and a great care attitude. The manager or supervisor (attractive, mid-age woman) was genuinely nice and even asked about our experience. A+
