Walked in with my daughter on 03/11/2024, time 9 :30ish, this mean older lady was really rude. Watched me sit down in the waiting area, stared,me down and didn’t even say good morning, or welcome to IHOP. She yelled how many twice. I was completely baffled with the attitude, got up and left. That lady should not be in the front greeting people.

5 star reviews are fake. Do not visit this restaurant. Service is horrible. The people that work there intentionally give you bad service and bad food to get their kicks. Waitress had to be forced by manager to take our order. She came to our table complaining she had no sleep night before because she was at a party. She complained about the cook and said she was going to start a fight with him. She refused to take order of another couple so they just got up and left. She complained about everything intentionally to ruin our breakfast.Our food came out cold and not as ordered. The white gravy came out as a slime and not a gravy. It was inedible.

It took 30 minutes to get our groups 5 waters and 3 coffees. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes to get our order, which was cold, one order was not fully cooked and one order of pancakes never came. One waiter was doing all the work, cooking and seating guests and taking orders. After about an hour another staff member came out of the kitchen acting like she was just starting work. She acted annoyed by the one waiter who was doing all the work when she found out tables needed waters and their orders. We asked for our ticket, but after waiting a long time had to go up to the kitchen and ask the staff to help us pay our bill. Not impressed!!!!

It's just an IHOP, but the waitress did a great job and obviously the cook didn't show so the manager ess doing the cooking and it came out in good time and it was well cooked , so prompts to them for handling it ...

Service was horrible our waitress kept coming over asking if we was ready to order didn't have time to really decide my girlfriend couldn't get time to look at the menu because of dealing with some work stuff going on the food was bland wasn't that great never going back to this one they wasn't busy

We decided to skip the hotel breakfast and just sit down. I had a horrible experience at IHOP many years ago and didn't want to go. However my wife insisted she wanted to try it so we went. We were seated and our server (Isaiah) came over to get drink orders. He brought me coffee and left the pot! Took out food orders I got chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns and 2 pancakes. I must say it was good. My wife got the veggie eggs benedict which she enjoyed. The service was good Isaiah was attentive but not intrusive. A great experience at this location.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I witnessed a server drop food on the floor, pick it up and place it back in the plate. The server delivered my food to my table and never returned at all. I had to retrieve my ticket from another server. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told that the manager was unavailable, but a message could be delivered to the manager. WOW!!!!! Customer isn't what it used to be... Look at all the negative reviews about this particular location. I wish I would've seen this before my visit. Don't waste your time or money....Please keep your links that you provided below. It looks as if you've passed out quite a few in the past to other customers. I would think as a business owner you should work on renewing your staff because those links you're passing out only go so far. I work to hard for my money to get offered a simple link.

My wife and I went here for breakfast. I'm hoping we caught them on a bad day. My wife had coffee. It tasted horrible....maybe even burnt. Throughout the meal, she had 3 cups that she finished none of. (My wife is an avid coffee drinker). Food came out and it was mediocre at best. The wife ordered waffles and got pancackes. We had to ask for waffles instead. I had ordered strawberry and banana French toast. It was all VERY bland. My first impression is that the strawberry sauce was watered down. Then the bill came. We didn't have anything crazy at all and I don't mind paying someone to prepare my food. That being said, it was almost $50 for breakfast. Luckily, there is a McDonald's across the street where I ordered a sausage egg Mcgriddle to fill me for a couple bucks. If you choose to eat here, I really hope you have better luck than my wife and I.

My family of 5 and a baby came in on our way out of town and what we experienced was horrible service and lame food.The server asked if we were ready to order. We said yes. She said "okay I'm not ready yet, I was just checking if you were ready." Then she went to go get a tablet to take our order. I asked her for a french fries substitute she went to ask the chef, no problem. She came back with a paper notebook. Stating she could. This is significant because I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs that come with pancakes and she refused to give me the pancakes because she said i substituted french fries for pancakes and that wasnt true. She only brought the pancakes because my mom said we would pay for them. We kept having to ask for water,staws,and correct food order. The girl that served us felt like she was brand new which is fine completely. My mom was a server back in her day and she understands the pressure of being a good server. So that is the reason we just kept it moving, we didn't speak to the manager, and I wouldn't have written a review either. UNTIL my sister,mom, and I went to go change one of the babies in the bathroom leaving my brother in law with the other baby. We come back and start heading outside after paying. My brother in law lets me know that while in the bathroom the server and manager started talking sh*t about how we didn't tip what they thought we should have. That really upset me. I told my mom not to leave a tip at all but she still did. Just really upsetting behavior and I think yall should know about it.
