No problem with the food or quickness of the service, but gotta love the employee working the register while sitting on the counter next to it with her feet….yup…on the counter. Nothing like a health code violation to start the weekend!

Employees who served me were very nice and were working hard doing extra duties but my only complain was that they talked loudly to each other and used some profanity, which is not a problem with me but could be an issue for others or families. The food wasn’t my favorite. I prefer other sandwich places.

I hate to be writing this review, but I am in awe at how I got my change back. I had an order that was $12.48 and I gave the cashier a $20 bill and $.50. I should’ve gotten back $8.02. I tried to let them figure it out but they insisted I only got seven dollars back. I said no my chang iseight dollars so I tried to let them figure it out again and they still only gave me seven dollars. I ended up tipping them two dollars I would’ve tipped them three if they gave me eight dollars but my goodness that really stressed me out and I mega felt their anxiety.

We arrived at this location 10 minutes before the store was to open at 11:00 AM on a Saturday as we were in town dropping off our daughter's dance team for a camp. While waiting outside patiently until the location opened, and at 11:00 AM the location opened and once the girls were inside the manager proceeded to tell them that they could not serve them as they did not have enough bread. Then when one of the other parents asked about bread that was sitting out the manager proceeded to shake receipts at them and telling them that all the bread was for the call-in orders. Then proceeded to yell at the dancers and parents to get out and leave. I just cannot believe one that they spoke to patrons the way they did, and second that they could not take care of customers during their store hours. With the way the manager who was very unprofessional in the way he spoke to these high school girls and their parents that we will not even think to return to this Jimmy Johns establishment in Emporia. Basically, they were not prepared or ready to serve lunch even though their hours of operations stated that they opened at 11:00AM. This is disappointing as we enjoy our JJ's in Wichita, but we will never go back to this Emporia, KS location again.

Snafu on the 1st order but got it correct on the 2nd. I've seen the website change my order a couple of times now. Not just this location so double check before you finalize the order.My 1 complaint is it seems that the store managers are okay with serving the customers old lettuce on their sandwiches. One would not put it on a salad so why the sandwiches? Save a buck at the expense of the franchises reputation? I've seen other franchises chase this with poor results.Delivery was fasttt!!

The store says it opens at 10:30, so I go at 10:15 and wait for it to open. I was going to take my daughter lunch at school which is at 10:55. When I walk in the two guys behind the counter said “we aren’t open for 20 or 30 minutes because we are late”. Change your hours then or something and don’t be rude! I wasted my time waiting for you to open then get yelled at? Probably won’t be back for a while.
