At least for me they did thinks right. I ordered online and the order was ready on time and it was right. The Teriyaki chicken was tender and juicy, but it is not so great without the Teriyaki sauce which came in a separate package. The Sesame chicken was delicious and the vegetable fried rice was ok. No complains, not like the Lawrence location which was very disappointing.Vegetarian options: Vegetable fried rice and greens available for vegetarians.

Paid $10 for this plate. Normally service here is good. Always friendly. But this was ridiculous. Have never had a plate from here with these small portions. Very disappointed.

9/14/23 Supposed to be open until 9 pm, but doors locked at 8:30. They motion for me to go to the drive through, so I explain I'm in a large vehicle that won't fit. They discuss it and decide to let me and then I find only 3 items are available and they looked like scraps of leftovers from hours ago.So disappointing and complete lack of customer service. If you're open until 9, then BE OPEN until then and PREPARE FOOD for the customers who purchase your product.

I had never been to a Panda Express. I was in Emporia traveling for business in late August 2023. I walked in to place a To-Go order. There were no other customers at the counter, and the dining room had (1) customer at a table. The counter wait staff gal was extremely rude, impatient and unprofessional. I told her what I desired: small, plain white rice and vegetables. Rudely, she said, "large or medium." I told her the smallest box of rice to go. Rudely, she said, "what else?" I did not know Panda Express was a buffet you select. I looked over the dried out food containers, some down to the last lonely morsel. Again, rudely and impatiently, she said, "what else?" I ordered what looked like an over crispy egg roll. The rude counter girl said, "is that all?" At this time, another young worker asked the girl "what's going on?" My counter girl explained to her co-worker her impression of me ordering. I asked to speak with the manager, and the counter girl said, "Jason is busy." I cancelled my order. And as I left, The (2) workers discussed their impression of me. I will never eat at another Panda Express. I told my friends and family about the rude service and over cooked looking food.

I LOVE this location is my favorite!! I travel a lot and I’ve never met another location that was so consistently friendly and welcoming and had such a good track record for getting my order right :) Matthew in particular is always very friendly and remembers me every-time I come in!! (he should definitely be promoted imo) 10/10 customer service, 10/10 food.
Even though I got there close to closing time, the team on shift still went out of their way to make sure I got my order with fantastic customer service! Aiden made sure to hold the door open for me bc I thought it was locked. Jayce manned the bar and loaded me up with 2 meals. Madison and Chantazia both helped with the process and answer some of my questions, bc I'm not a regular to Panda Express. The team worked together like a well trained unit to help me and my family get a high quality dinner after a long day working in the fields at our farm. We appreciate the team members mentioned. If promotions and raises are coming in the future I recommend each of them.

We went through the drive through and was told they had no Dr. Pepper or bottles of water. After ordering our food, We were asked to wait 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I finally went inside to ask about our order and the young lady that took our order looked at me very rude yelled the broccoli just came out, packaged the bowl and handed me the bag and turned away. No thank you for coming in, no apology for the wait time, nothing. Just rude looks and horrible service. The food also lacked the sauce that is supposed to be on the broccoli beef. I will never be going back.
