This is one of my favorite stores. I have Never had any issues here. Always very friendly and outgoing which is really nice especially if you’re having a bad day I definitely recommend stopping in for an iced caramel macchiato. That’s my favorite favorite.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking

It's always super nice and very clean!Parking: There is free parking to the south and east side of Starbucks but if I remember right there is also a few spots to the north near the drive through. I wouldn't necessarily park there due to possibility of getting stuck and not be able to get out easily.

It might as well become "drive-thru only." The in-store service is crap. When someone finally acknowledges you it's only to hold up a finger to listen to a drive-thru order and then go warm up someone's bakery item. Then when they return you still have to repeat the order in little pieces while the idiot wearing the headset remains focused on the drive-thru. Never again.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and seems to be so unorganized with staff, ordered online 20 minutes early this last time and still had to wait another 10 minutes when arriving.

this places doesn’t know the difference between espresso and coffee. come get if u want watered down espresso. who in their right mind. puts ice in a cup and then hot espresso over it. it’s now 50% melted ice and 50% espresso. called to tell them and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. argued with me over the phone. not listening and telling me that’s how starbucks wanted it made. i made sure district managers will visit them soon
My order is wrong at least 50% of the time and when it’s not, the coffee is burnt.

Recently while showing houses with an out of town buyer we needed a pick me up after a full day of house hunting and decided to pop into Starbucks. This is a newer location and it’s very clean and spacious! I love the modern decor and the baristas were very friendly! I love visiting locally owned coffee shops. However, Starbucks is always consistent and conveniently located. All the years Starbucks has been in existence I had no idea you can get free coffee grounds to fertilize your soil or plantings. Perfect for gardening! Here they had them easily accessible to pick up for free on your way out the door. #coffeelovers #kc #househunting #starbucks #caffienebreak #kcrealtor
