The ABSOLUTE worst service ive ever had anywhere. At one point both of the females behind the counter just left. Disappeared and left several customers standing there. The employees were nice enough but it hard to believe it takes 30 minutes to cook some thin sheets of meat on a grill. A legit 30 minutes; myself and other customers had to stand there and watch these employees figure out how to cook more than one sandwich meat on a grill. Baffling. Will not be coming here again to waste my time and money on a mediocre sandwich.

The food is hot and made fresh for you right there. Sometimes it can take a while (especially during lunch rush) but in my opinion worth it for some of their subs. I am not a fine of the loaded fries through. I barely ate any of mine. I may try their regular fries in the future or just with cheese added.

To whom it may concern: I was here at this location today (Sept 14, 2022) at exactly 4:50 pm. I ordered 3 ultimate fries & a Philly cheese sub. The fries were extremely salty & I ordered one with mushrooms & it did not come with it. I approached the ladies behind the counter with the concern that my fries didn't have mushrooms so she gave me a solo cup full of cold mushrooms. There was no line so I don't understand how the order could've gotten messed up. This review isn't to put anyone down or anything like that rather give a heads up because no one should be served their favorite food, poorly. Please do better, thank you!

Cheesesteaks, like most things, are in the eye of the beholder. Having tried a number of cheesesteaks in Philly, Florida, and elsewhere I am still no expert, but I found this one to be a very solid "Good". I don't know what they could have added or taken away to get it up to "Very good", but I will buy one again next time I'm out there.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Service was great! Don't go there around noon as you may wait in line for about half hour. The food must be really good that's why.

Went on sunday and got a philly cheese steak sandwich and a drink. A hour later I started getting sick. Food poisoning lasted for 4 days. Just getting over it. No more Charleys for me.
