This was such a fun stop on our road trip! There were tons of photo spots and things to do that interested my boy! If you’re a fan of the Disney movie Cars and are in the area don’t forget to stop in!
This is one stop on Route 66 that you have to visit. It really embodies the past and the present history of Route 66 and what happened to some of these towns as a result of it's sucess and it's eventual closure. It's the inspiration for the Pixar Cars movie, and you can actually find the real mater truck that was inspiration for the character. Also your can meet some of the real towns folk that were the inspiration for some of the characters in the movie (and they were so funny)....read full review

One of the landmark locations onto the Route66. If you like the Cars movie, then its one of the places to visit. There's a board that showcases that mater character being inspired by a old tow truck. There's couple of other landmarks related to Route 66 nearbyWould say one of the quite and simple places i have visited ,recommended while in area.
